| Along with the popularity of high-speed rail travel,railway stations are facing the challenges of various emergencies in the operation process.If these challenges cannot be reasonably addressed,the safety of people’s lives and property will be damaged.In order to deal with these emergencies reasonably,the railway system must prepare a series of railway emergency evacuation plans to help passengers escape and avoid greater losses.Taking Beijing North Railway Station as the research object,this thesis describes the formulation process of the emergency plan of Beijing North railway station,compiles the anti-terrorism and fire emergency plan,and constructs a fuzzy AHP model to evaluate and simulate the emergency plan,which provides a basis for the emergency evacuation of Beijing North Railway Station in case of emergency.The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)This thesis introduces the basic situation of Beijing North railway station,including building construction,passenger transport equipment,traffic equipment,boundary,station houses,etc.Then it describes the definition and classification of railway station emergencies.Then,it mainly introduces the emergency plan for large-scale trains and sudden large passenger flow,anti-terrorism and riot prevention,and fire.(2)Taking the anti terrorist attack plan of Beijing North Railway Station as an example,a fuzzy AHP evaluation scheme is constructed.The evaluation scheme is based on disaster theory,considers a number of normative indicators,and integrates fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation results show that 33.7%of experts believe that the emergency evacuation plan system is very effective;27.5%of experts believe that the emergency evacuation plan system has a good effect.(3)The evacuation of Beijing North Railway Station under the daily peak passenger flow and maximum allowable passenger flow is simulated by using Anylogic software.It is found that the operation results of existing facilities and evacuation schemes are close to the standard limit,and there are certain potential safety hazards.By widening the evacuation bottleneck and increasing the evacuation passage,the Beijing North Railway Station in two cases is simulated again.It is concluded that widening the exit to 6m and setting the entrance as the escape passage for ordinary passengers are more conducive to evacuation,and some emergency management suggestions are put forward.This thesis studies,evaluates and simulates the emergency evacuation plan of Beijing North Railway Station under emergencies,which not only provides a reference for the accident handling of Beijing North Railway Station in emergency state,but also provides a certain theoretical and technical reference for the development and formulation of emergency plans for other railway stations. |
