Under the macro environment of ecological civilization construction, the emission of pollutants from logistics activities is of great importance to the realization of global environmental protection and climate change goals.Along with the flourish of modern logistics,China has become the world’s largest freight market, but at the same time, extensive operation mode has brought serious environmental problems. To achieve climate governance objective, emission reduction and green development of the logistics industry are of great academic and policy significance. However, there is still a gap in the research of systematically analyzing the green management of logistics enterprises from the perspective of micro enterprises. Therefore, scientific analysis of the driving factors for logistics enterprises to improve green management behavior is the key to achieve the long-term goal of green development of the industry.Based on the above background, this study explores the impact of external pressure on the green management behavior of logistics enterprises, and constructs the influencing factor model from two dimensions of mandatory pressure and non-mandatory pressure.Taking 71 A-share enterprises in Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2018 as samples, analysis from government agencies,NGOs,the public and the news media and other stakeholders pressure of logistics enterprises of different ownership types green behavior effects,to explore the influence of different pressure type of green action intensity, found the key pressure type and put forward policy Suggestions. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Both mandatory pressure and non-mandatory pressure have a significant positive impact on the green behavior of logistics enterprises. It shows that when logistics enterprises are faced with strong external pressure, environmental regulation from the government and regulatory agencies,as well as public attention from the media and the public, can enhance the motivation to improve the environmental management system of enterprises.(2)Compulsory pressure has the strongest influence on green management behavior of logistics enterprises, indicating that environmental management mode from government agencies with certain regulatory means deserves more attention in supervising enterprises.(3)Regulatory coercive pressure has a positive effect on the green behavior of all logistics enterprises, but market governance coercive pressure only promotes the green behavior of state-owned enterprises.Enterprises of different ownership types show their green behavior in the face of pollutant discharge fee collection. In view of the above conclusions, this paper argues that government agencies,as stakeholders, should adhere to environmental regulation and improve non-regulatory behaviors.Enterprises themselves need to strengthen environmental awareness, actively carry out green behavior certification, improve the industry green standards; The public should give full play to the influence of public opinion reasonably and cultivate the consciousness of energy conservation.
