| With the vigorous development of its economy,China has become the largest chemical production and consumption country in the world.Meanwhile,the sales of China’s chemical products are facing an unprecedented market competitive environment,owning to the deepening of economic globalization,the continuous opening up of the domestic petrochemical market and the increasingly fierce international competition.Facing the new international and economic situation,China put forward the "the Belt and Road" strategy.With the launch of the European freight train and the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" strategy in the countries along the route,new opportunities have been brought to China’s chemical industry to innovate the marketing model and promote logistics management.First of all,this paper deeply analyzes the external supply of energy,the development situation of chemical industry and the development opportunities of chemical sales logistics under the background of "the Belt and Road" strategy.Taking XB chemical sales company as the specific research object,this paper carefully studies and analyzes the current situation of its sales logistics management.Under the background of "the Belt and Road" strategy,XB chemical sales company innovates the sales model and improves the logistics management ability,which provides theoretical basis for XB chemical sales company to develop the Strategy of the Great Development of West China.By the establishment of regression model,SPSS software was used to carry out regression analysis on the quantitative indicators affecting the logistics profit of XB chemical sales company,and qualitative analysis on the non-quantifiable influencing factors,so as to obtain the key factors of affecting the logistics profit of XB chemical sales company.Finally,from the research,the author puts forward some specific suggestions and measures to improve the profit of sales logistics from the following aspects: increasing the volume of product development and transportation,improving the efficiency of logistics operation,reducing the delay cost,optimizing the transportation scheme,increasing the proportion of railway transportation,innovating the sales mode of products,improving the direct sales rate of products,reducing the storage cost in the terminal market and improving the efficiency of self provided vehicles.This paper not only brings some specific Suggestions for XB chemical sales company to improve its sales logistics,but also provides references for other chemical sales companies in China to conduct their own sales logistics research and improve their sales logistics management level. |
