In recent years,with the development of social economy,people have paid more and more attention to the ecological environment;forests,as the most important ecological environment in terrestrial ecosystems,have severely damaged the ecological service functions of forest ecosystems due to people’s overdevelopment;in order to avoid forest ecology The further deterioration of the environment requires the establishment of a corresponding ecological compensation mechanism to protect the forest ecosystem.This article takes the Phou khao khouay National Park in Laos as an example to study the establishment of forest ecological compensation based on the theory of ecological service value: firstly,the establishment principles of forest ecological compensation are introduced,which mainly include comprehensive system principles,universal principles,and objectivity.Principles,comparability principles,and scientific principles;then introduced the principles of establishing forest ecological compensation;based on the concept of ecological compensation,the value of forest ecological services was selected as the index for establishing forest ecosystem ecological compensation,and based on the existing ecological service value indicators Calculation methods(benefit method,cost method,carbon sink method)determine the value of different forest ecological services,and then determine the calculation method of forest ecological compensation mechanism based on the value of different forest ecological services.Using the established forest ecological compensation method,the Phou khao khouay National Forest Park in Laos has analyzed the value of six forest services from water conservation,carbon sequestration and oxygen production,direct economic value,biodiversity,soil conservation,and air purification.The research results show that The total value of ecological services of Phou khao khouay National Forest Park is 16.078 billion yuan.This study is based on the establishment and application of forest ecological service value to the establishment and application of ecological compensation methods.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)This study first introduces the establishment principles of forest ecological compensation,which mainly include the comprehensive system principle,the universal principle,the objective principle,the comparability principle,and the scientific principle;It also introduces the basis for establishing forest ecological compensation,that is,the service value of forest ecosystems is selected as the index for establishing forest ecological compensation based on the concept of ecological compensation(direct ecological value,value of conserved water resources,value of soil and fertilizer conservation,carbon and oxygen release).Value,value of purifying the atmosphere,value of biodiversity);These six value indicators were selected as indicators for the establishment of the forest ecological compensation system,mainly because these indicators already have mature calculation methods in actual research.Secondly,these indicators play a dominant role in the value of forest ecological services.Using existing calculation methods of ecological service value indicators(benefit method,cost method,carbon sink method)to determine the value of different forest ecological services,Calculation method of forest ecological compensation mechanism based on different forest ecological service values.(2)This study of Phou khao khouay National Forest Park is based on the ecological service value,and calculates the ecological compensation of the forest ecosystem;The results show that the total ecological service value of Phou khao khouay national forest park is16.078 billion yuan,of which the direct economic value of Phou khao khouay national forest park is 3.544 billion yuan,accounting for 22.04% of the ecological service value of Phou khao khouay national forest park.Partly the direct economic value of forest ecosystems;Except for this part,the ecological value of the forest ecosystem is 12.534 billion yuan,accounting for 77.96% of the ecological service value of the Phou khao khouay national forest park;Among them,the value of water conservation in forest ecosystem service value is4.655 billion yuan,accounting for 28.95% of the total ecological service value;The value of ecological clothing for conservation soil is 899 million yuan,accounting for 5.59% of the total ecological service value;The ecological service value of carbon fixation and oxygen release is 3.92 billion yuan,accounting for 24.38% of the total ecological service value;The ecological service value of air purification is 60 million yuan,accounting for 0.37% of the total ecological service value;The biological service value of biodiversity is 3 billion yuan,accounting for 18.66% of the total ecological service value.(3)The research results show that the total value of ecological services in Phou khao khouay National Forest Park is 16.078 billion yuan.The order of the value of different service functions of Phou khao khouay National Forest Park is:Conservation water source >Carbon fixation and oxygen production > Direct economic value > Biodiversity >Conservation of soil > Purification of the atmosphere,From the above ranking,we can see that water conservation,carbon sequestration and oxygen production,and direct economic value are the main value service components of forest ecosystems. |
