| With the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the old industrial base in Northeast China and the deepening of reform and opening up,the economy and society in Northeast China are developing rapidly,and the level of industry and agriculture is constantly improving.At the same time,the shortage of water resources and water pollution have gradually appeared,which has become a prominent problem restricting the economic and social development in Northeast China.Groundwater plays an important role in human drinking fresh water resources and daily production and life.In recent years,the international community has paid more and more attention to protecting the water sources.In this background,it is an important prerequisite for rational development of groundwater resources,ensuring the safety of groundwater sources and realizing sustainable utilization of water resources to accurately grasp the composition,pollution degree and pollution scope of groundwater pollutants and formulate targeted,scientific and reasonable prevention strategies and control measures.On the basis of fully understanding the natural environment,social economy,topography,geology and hydrology conditions of Nenjiang County,this study selects the working area.15 sampling points are selected as analysis objects in the working area,The purpose of this study is to reflect the current situation and problems of local water pollution by investigating and studying the pollution of groundwater sources in cold regions,so as to put forward a series of pollution prevention and treatment plans suitable for local areas in terms of technology,engineering measures,laws and policies.Experimental research and analysis show that,among all the 15 sampling points in the working area of Nenjiang County in 2018,there is one poor level(Class Ⅳ)and the remaining 14 sampling points are extremely poor(Class Ⅴ);In 2019,among the 15 sampling points,8 were of good grade(Class Ⅲ),1 was of poor grade(Class Ⅳ)and 6 were of extremely poor grade(Class Ⅴ);In 2020,among the 15 sampling points,there are 9 good grades(Class Ⅲ),3 poor grades(Class Ⅳ)and 3 extremely poor grades(ClassⅤ).Compared with 2018,in 2019 and 2020,the pollution degree of NH4+ and NO3-in the working area decreased,and the microbial index also dropped below the Class Ⅲ water quality standard of Groundwater Quality Standard..According to the test results,from three aspects of technical measures,engineering measures and policy measures,the following control measures are put forward for the prevention and control of groundwater pollution in the working area:1.technical measures.In this experiment,the natural attenuation technology of groundwater monitoring was used to monitor the natural attenuation process of "three nitrogen" content in the working area for three years.2.Engineering measures.Establish protected areas and water quality monitoring points,monitor the dynamic changes of groundwater and optimize the groundwater monitoring station network.Construction of anti-seepage works to prevent passive leakage.3.Policy measures.Formulate legal supervision system related to groundwater protection,strengthen people’s awareness of groundwater protection,and establish a safeguard mechanism for rational development. |
