Transportation has always been a pivotal foundation in my country’s national economic development strategy.Governments at all levels have also regarded transportation construction as the top priority of economic development in order to establish a good investment environment to accelerate regional economic development.However,mountainous highways are low in grade,and there are many unreasonable phenomena in the linearity and combination of roads.With the economic development of Gansu,the traffic volume has increased sharply,and the large and heavy vehicles have caused serious road damage.Most of the mountainous highways do not reach the third level.Standards,some road sections have low roadbeds,coupled with poor drainage,severe road water damage,poor alignment,poor viewing distance,steep slopes and sharp curves in some road sections,which cannot guarantee driving safety.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the safety risks of the built mountain roads in the operation stage.The thesis first analyzes the form and influencing factors of mountain road accidents,defines the safe traffic capacity of mountain roads,and sorts out the specific causes of accidents.In combination with the basic conditions of the Jingyuan-Huining section of the G247 line,the project is analyzed,the traffic organization of the project,the monthly and daily changes in traffic volume,and the traffic volume at the base period of the road section are analyzed,and the adaptability of highway operation is analyzed,and the current situation is summarized.The main safety hazards of highways and the adaptability of existing highways are analyzed,and the statistics and analysis of accidents so far have obtained 6first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,and constructed a mountainous road operation safety evaluation index system.Specifications such as "Code for Safety Evaluation of Highway Projects"(JTG B05-2015)give the evaluation index of operational safety.Determine the use of matter-element analysis method to divide classic domains and section domains to evaluate the safety of mountain road operations.At the same time,the matter-element analysis method and extension analytic hierarchy process are combined to construct a matter-element extension hierarchy model for mountain road operation safety evaluation.Carry out a comprehensive safety evaluation system.Finally,combining the operating conditions of the Jingyuan to Huining(Houjiachuan)section of the G247 line and the operating characteristics of mountain roads,a matter-element extensible hierarchical structure model for the safety evaluation of mountain roads is constructed,and the extensible analytic hierarchy process is used to solve the risk index weights.Through the use of matter-element analysis to solve the classic domains and section domains,the project is systematically and comprehensively evaluated for safety,and the risk level is "safe".According to the operation evaluation results,the actual status of the project is compared,and the next project is recommended.The application of an example verifies that the model is feasible to evaluate the operational safety of mountain roads,and it also verifies that the safety evaluation index system of mountainous roads constructed in this paper is scientific and feasible,which can provide references and ideas for similar research.
