Iron and steel enterprises, because of its high demand, wide range of use,is one of China’s important industries.Iron and steel enterprise security factors, more degree of different influence on the system’s security; At the same time, the current research focus mainly on the personnel and equipment factors, therefore, the whole iron and steel enterprise risk assessment studies necessity is stronger.1)Determine the risk assessment index system.According to relevant regulations, filtering and sorting the cause of the accident, the iron and steel enterprise statistical accident data,as well as the scientific literature, drawing up primary risk assessment index system, selection of the variation coefficient method to screen indexes, and the validity, reliability, inspection, finally established risk evaluation index system. The whole system includes 4first-level indexes and 21 second-level indexes.2)Build a risk assessment model for iron and steel enterprises. The subjective weight of the index is determined based on analytic hierarchy process.Using entropy weight method to determine the objective weight of the index;According to the subjective weight and objective weight obtained, the combined weight of the index is determined by using the improved combined weight calculation formula.Taking the extension of matter element as the basic theory method, the classical domain and section domain of the evaluation object are determined, and the correlation degree of each index and each evaluation level is solved.Combined with the comprehensive weight, the safety level of iron and steel enterprises is determined. The ABC classification method is used to classify the influence degree of the indicators,so as to put forward the actual control measures.3)in constructing the index system and evaluation model based on the theory of the application instance of a steel enterprises for iron is carried out,it is concluded that the iron has a level of risk, classifying the index, proposes the corresponding risk control measures, and verify the feasibility of the iron and steel enterprise risk assessment model.Figure 7;Table 28;Reference 53... |
