| As the first industry to be included in the national unified carbon trading market,the power generation industry is facing increasing pressure of carbon emission reduction.The choice of scientific and effective low-carbon technology with reasonable cost is one of the important ways to resolve the pressure of emission reduction.However,although there are many kinds of low-carbon technologies available for power generation enterprises,which technology has the lowest cost and the best emission reduction effect lacks scientific analysis and demonstration,thus affecting the enthusiasm of enterprises to adopt low-carbon technology.Based on this background,this paper uses carbon value flow analysis method and finds out the difference between the three main low carbon technologies: ultra-supercritical technology,carbon capture and carbon storage,carbon dioxide on-line monitoring system,and calculates the total carbon cost and carbon emission reduction through tracing the flow analysis of carbon elements.This paper is as follows :(1)inductive analysis of relevant theories and literatures from three perspectives: carbon value stream,carbon cost and carbon reduction technology path;(2)the concepts used in this paper are defined and the relevant theoretical basis is explained in detail;(3)the problems existing in the carbon emission reduction path of GT power generation enterprises are clarified by analyzing the enterprise background,emission process,technological process and the present situation of carbon emission reduction path;(4)Based on the actual data of the active-duty units of GT power generation enterprises,the production situation of their high-emission links is analyzed,three low-carbon technologies are used for alternative analysis,and the relevant route flow charts are drawn to accurately calculate and compare the carbon emissions and carbon costs before and after technological transformation,so as to achieve the effect of effectively selecting the carbon emission reduction technology path;(5)according to the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the guarantee conditions for the introduction of carbon emission reduction technology to power generation enterprises from the point of view of enterprises themselves and government regulatory departments.The conclusion of this paper is as follows :(1)the results show that compared with the other two technologies,the carbon emission reduction in the technology path of ultra-supercritical units is the highest,but the carbon cost is also the highest in the three technology paths,which indicates that the theoretical analysis of carbon value flow provides a new idea for the selection of low carbon technology in power generation enterprises;(2)from the point of view of total carbon cost design,the carbon cost and carbon emission reduction obtained by process decomposition accounting provide a data basis for measuring the emission reduction effect of different low carbon technology paths.According to the three emission reduction technology paths,the ultra-supercritical unit technology path can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 225,000 tons per year,carbon capture technology can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 120,000 tons per year.Carbon dioxide on-line monitoring technology has limited emission reductions,less than 1/10 of the first two technology paths.The total carbon cost of ultra-supercritical unit is 2.22 billion yuan,the total carbon cost of carbon capture technology is 1.97 billion yuan,and the total carbon cost of carbon dioxide on-line monitoring technology is 1.95 billion yuan. |
