Specimens used in the dissection are fixed and immersed in a formaldehyde solution,so the formaldehyde pollution is serious during the dissection.The high concentration and rapid diffusion of formaldehyde gas will affect the health and work efficiency of teachers and students,and reduce the indoor and outdoor air quality.The research object of this paper is an anatomy teaching laboratory in a university in Hunan.CFD numerical simulation method was used to simulate and analyze the airflow of dissection laboratory in different forms of air supply and exhaust under ventilation and air conditioning conditions.Determine the optimal program,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing indoor formaldehyde concentration and inhibiting formaldehyde pollution to outdoor diffusion.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Control of formaldehyde pollution by negative pressure dissection table.The experiment was carried out in the anatomy laboratory,and to analyze the sealing performance of the dissecting table and its influence factors.Through numerical simulation analysis of the influence of the tilt Angle and the different wind speeds of the exhaust hood on the concentration of formaldehyde.The optimal inclination Angle and exhaust wind speed of the exhaust hood were obtained.(2)In view of the high concentration of formaldehyde indoors and outdoors in the anatomy laboratory,Under the ventilation condition,three improvement schemes combining local ventilation and overall ventilation are put forward.Determine the ventilation rate to maintain the negative pressure state of the anatomy laboratory.Using numerical simulation to analyze the distribution rules of the flow field,pressure field and formaldehyde concentration field in the laboratory under different air supply and exhaust forms(that is,the combination of different air supply outlets and comprehensive exhaust outlets of different forms and locations).The pros and cons of the three options were compared by using the evaluation indexes.(3)In order to improve the situation that the high temperature in the anatomy laboratory causes the sharp increase of formaldehyde volatilization and the decrease of the working efficiency of teachers and students.Establish an anatomical laboratory model with personnel models.Under the condition of air conditioning,using numerical simulation to study the distribution of the flow field,temperature field and formaldehyde concentration field in the dissection laboratory under three kinds of air supply and exhaust forms with the same cooling capacity.The pros and cons of the three options are discussed through the evaluation indexes.Through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the rectangular laminar flow hood air supply and the double air exhaust inside and outside the dissection table are the most suitable for the dissection laboratory.
