| During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,my country has made major breakthroughs in intelligent manufacturing.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,we will continue to adhere to the development direction of intelligent manufacturing and accelerate the intelligent and digital construction of my country’s manufacturing industry.In response to the call for the development of national intelligent manufacturing,an electrical porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi has built a mass-customized intelligent production line of ultra-high voltage insulators and established an intelligent production management platform.The data acquisition system is one of the important subsystems of the intelligent production management platform.It is very important to develop a data acquisition system suitable for electric porcelain enterprises.Only by completing the data integration of the entire production process of the product can the enterprise production,operation and management be better realized.And intelligent decision-making.In view of the complex data of my country’s electrical porcelain enterprises,backward data collection methods and low data integration,this paper takes an electrical porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi as the research object,researches and develops a data acquisition system for the electric porcelain intelligent manufacturing demonstration project,and mainly completes the following tasks:(1)According to the data demand of intelligent production process and intelligent production management platform of an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi Province,the data is divided into meter data,production process data,record data and third-party system data.The third-party system data is divided into coding system data,scanning system data and ERP system data,and various data collection points are listed.(2)Designed the network structure of the data collection system of the electric porcelain enterprise,and determined the collection plan of the electricity meter data,production process data,recorded data and third-party system data.(3)SQL Server 2012 database is used for data storage.In order to improve the data query speed of the host computer developers,the data is classified and stored in four databases,namely the system database,the energy database,the production process database and the record database,and the logical structure design of various database tables has been completed.(4)The function structure diagram design of data acquisition system for electric porcelain enterprise is realized.The acquisition modules of meter data,production process data,record data and third-party system data are designed in detail;Each data acquisition module includes basic information loading,data acquisition,data calculation and data storage;Some common modules in the system are introduced.(5)The function of each acquisition module was realized by programming,and it was successfully applied to the intelligent manufacturing production line of an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi,and the operation effect was good. |
