| One of the main sources of air pollution is odor pollution,which has a significant impact on people’s basic daily life,but also poses a serious threat to human health.Odor pollution detection technology research in China is relatively late,and there is a certain gap between the detection technology and advanced countries in the world.The odor pollution gas detection instruments in the market have such shortcomings as low detection accuracy,high price and imperfect online detection function.Based on the environmental monitoring standards and market demand,this paper studies the odor pollution gas detection method,designs an on-line monitoring system for odor pollution gas,which helps the monitor to monitor the pollution in the monitored area in real time,so as to achieve convenient,efficient and accurate environmental monitoring purposes.The research results and contents of this project are summarized as follows:1.An on-line monitoring system for odor pollution gas based on gas sensor array is designed by using module design and multi-sensor integration design.The system includes gas flowmeter module,five elements integrated sensor module,multi-gas analysis module,multi-element processing module,data acquisition and analysis system and Internet data cloud platform.2.The structure design of odor pollution gas monitoring equipment is improved,the gas path of monitoring equipment is optimized,and the structure of gas sampling probe is innovatively designed.In order to solve the problem that the conventional power supply mode can not be used in some working conditions,the solar power supply structure is designed to meet the increasingly updated environmental protection needs.3.The wireless communication module based on 4G communication technology is adopted,and the cloud platform for odor pollution gas monitoring data processing is designed.The functions of data acquisition,data processing,data storage and data display are provided for the odor pollution gas online monitoring equipment in the monitoring network.The function of "equipment on cloud" is realized,and the effect of remote online monitoring is finally realized.4.In depth study of the human-computer interaction interface function of the monitoring equipment,designed a friendly operation interface,real-time display to the environmental monitoring personnel the operation status of the odor pollution gas monitoring equipment,and give an alarm prompt for the odor and other pollutants concentration exceeding the standard,so as to facilitate the environmental monitoring personnel to deal with it in time.5.The performance test of on-line monitoring system for odor pollution gas is carried out,including measurement accuracy test,detection repeatability test and corresponding speed test.The test results show that the maximum detection relative error of the system is about 3.75%,the maximum repetition rate is 1.63%,and the maximum response time is 32.9s.The test results are better than the national standard.The practical application shows that the system can accurately monitor the concentration of odor pollution gas,and has achieved good results in odor pollution monitoring at the plant boundary.Combined with the pollution prevention and control measures,the regional environment is optimized,and the level of prevention and control of such pollution has obtained better economic and social benefits. |
