With the development of industry in northeast China,Liao River has become more and more "old" and lost its "youthful vigor".At the same time,social and public awareness of environmental protection is becoming stronger,and the government has gradually put ecological management of river channels on the agenda.The following is the evaluation of each river ecological management project.The evaluation of the effect of river ecological management can not only reflect the effect of river management,but also provide the basic information for river administrators and provide guidance for the later stage of river ecological management.A set of evaluation system suitable for liaohe river ecological control effect was established to evaluate the ecological control effect of similar control projects,so as to improve the quality of river ecological control in the later stage.In this paper,the ecological control project of Shenyang section of Liaohe river is selected as the evaluation object to evaluate the ecological control effect of Shenyang section of Liaohe river.The main research contents are as follows:This study takes the ecological management project of Shenyang section of Liaohe river as the research object,and USES the correlation analysis of SPSS software to select the evaluation indexes of river ecological management effect from the three levels of river water body,river habitat and social benefit respectively,and establishes the evaluation index system.By using the subjective and objective combination valuation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and CRITIC method to assign index weight,the evaluation system of river ecological governance effect is established,and the ecological governance effect of Shenyang section of Liaohe river is evaluated by the comprehensive index method and the fuzzy synthesis method respectively.By using principal component analysis in SPSS software,the indexes that can represent the effect of river ecological management are obtained.Comparing the evaluation results of ecological control effect of Shenyang section of Liaohe river obtained by the two methods,the results show that the results obtained by fuzzy synthesis method are too optimistic,so the results obtained by summarizing index method are adopted.In 2012,the shenyang section of Liaohe river was generally "good",while the Mahushan Bridge and Juliuhe were "average".In 2015,the Shenyang section of Liaohe river underwent ecological improvement,which was significantly improved,and the overall performance was "good",and the performance of Shifosi was "excellent".The indexes that can represent the effect of river ecological management are electrical conductivity,ammonia nitrogen,hydrophilic index,river ecological water demand guarantee rate,habitat mirror breakage degree and water resource utilization rate.According to the evaluation result of ecological control effect of Shenyang section of Liaohe river,it is concluded that Shenyang section of Liaohe River develops to "good".By analyzing the indexes that can represent the effect of river ecological management,this paper provides reference for the ecological management projects in the later period of Liaohe River.
