At present,the non-point source pollution of farmland in the Liaohe Basin is serious,the irrational usage of fertilizer and pesticides and the Over-exploitation of water resource lead to The Liao River ecosystem has been damaged.So the Evaluation of non-point source pollution control technology in Farmland in Liaohe River Basin is very meaningful.Taking the non-point source pollution of farmland in Liaohe River basin as the research object,This paper evaluated the technical maturity of non-point source pollution control in farmland in Liaohe River Basin,and selected the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate typical non-point source pollution control technologies in farmland in Liaohe River Basin.The main research results are as follows:(1)Consulting a large amount of literature,"11th Five-Year"and"12th Five-Year"water project results and Field research.Three categories of 13 technologies suitable for farmland non-point source pollution control in Liaohe River Basin were summarized,source reduction technology has three technologies include 4R nutrient management technology and fertilizer-saving technology,soil and water conservation technology and soil testing and formula fertilization technology;process interception technology has six technologies includes ecological ditch technology,ecological ridge technology,ecological interception zone technology,ecological interception dam technology,plant pond technology and front damming technology;pipe-end treating technology has four technologies includes constructed wetland technology,multi-stage soil infiltration system,artificial multiple pond technology and artificial ecological floating island technology.(2)Evaluate single technology by evaluation criteria for water special technology readiness(TRL),get the conclusion that soil testing and formula fertilization technology ecological ridge Technology and Technical readiness value of artificial multi pond belong to the sixth-level of the stage of"technology demonstration/engineering demonstration";the readiness of 4R nutrient management technology,fertilizer-saving technology,ecological interception zone technology,ecological interception dam technology,front damming technology,multi-stage soil infiltration system and artificial ecological floating island technology belong to the seventh-level of the stage of"Through third-party evaluation or user verification and approval";the readiness of ecological ditch technology,plant pond technology and constructed wetland technology belong to eighth-level of the stage of"Standardization/Standardization".Assesses the maturity of the main categories integration technology by System maturity matrix algorithm,get the conclusion that the readiness of source reduction technology is 0.60,the readiness of process interception technology is 0.7,the readiness of pipe-end treating technology is 0.62,these three kinds of integration technologies are in the stage of system development verification.(3)Constructing 3 criterion levels,5 index levels,and 14 sub-index levels from the three factors of economic benefit,ecological environment benefit and technical benefit to evaluate the index system of non-point source pollution control technology in Farmland in Liaohe River Basin,calculate the index weight in the form of a combination of analytic hierarchy process and Spyder,get the weight of economic benefit,ecological environment benefit and technical benefit is W=(0.2073,0.4641,0.3291)~T,the total weight of 14 sub indexes was W=(0.0578,0.0846,0.0547,0.0544,0.0912,0.0868,0.0868,0.0626,0.0823,0.0448,0.0388,0.0606,0.0658,0.1199)~T.In the economic benefit,the project operation cost index is the highest;in the ecological environment benefit,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate index is the highest;in the technical benefit,the operation and management difficulty index is the highest.(4)Evaluate the typical control technology of farmland non-point source pollution in Liaohe River Basin by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,calculate the index membership degree and comprehensive value by combining with Matlab.Get the conclusion that in terms of economic benefits,the comprehensive value of ecological interception ditch technology is highest,4.3303;in terms of ecological and environmental benefits,the comprehensive value of constructed wetland technology is the highest,8.3771;In terms of technical benefits,the comprehensive value of constructed wetland technology is the highest,9.3742.On the whole,in the process interception technology category,the ecological interception ditch technology has the highest score of 3.8584,the second is plant pond technology,with the comprehensive value of 3.6025,and in the pipe-end treating technology category,the constructed wetland technology has the highest score of 4.0460.
