Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Ousehold Garbage Control In L Town,G District,Shijiazhuang City

Since China’s reform and opening up,China’s rural economic and social rapid development,has greatly improved the living standards of farmers,increasing the number of living garbage,and present a complicated types and diversification trend,with the party’s 19 th held smoothly as well as the strategy of rejuvenating "country" is put forward,and the emphasis on rural living garbage management problem in China is gradually strengthened.Therefore,how to solve the problem of rural household garbage governance has become a big problem facing rural revitalization.In 2018,Shijiazhuang G District made great efforts to improve the living environment.As the largest town in G District,Town L took the lead in demonstrating and taking active actions.Firstly,it started from the treatment of rural household garbage,hoping to improve the living environment in rural areas.The study based on the theory of rural governance and cooperative governance theory,using the method of literature,questionnaire,depth interview method,through to the shijiazhuang area G L town of rural living garbage management present situation investigation analysis,found the problems existing in the garbage output growth problem,rubbish casually being dumped problem,garbage collection facilities,trash pickup not rebound and garbage management problems in a timely manner.The causes of these problems are mainly reflected in ideological understanding,supervision and assessment mechanism,infrastructure construction,sanitation facilities planning,governance funds,and village-level governance.The author thinks that L town in the governance of rural living garbage can start with each participation main body of the aspects of ideological education,to improve their political quality,followed by strengthening supervision and examination,to establish a long-term mechanism,and then improve the infrastructure construction,sanitation facilities,reasonable planning is again increased capital investment,finally,innovative way of villagers’ participation,arouse the enthusiasm of the participation of different subjects.
