| The high-quality development of China’s typical renewable resources industry is very important to our economy and people’s lives.First,this thesis studies the impact of the policy of prohibiting "foreign garbage entry" on China’s renewable resources industry.Secondly,based on the system dynamics prediction model,the simulated values and the actual values of the main influencing factors such as the total GDP of China,the output value of the secondary and tertiary industries in the regional GDP,and the density of employees in typical renewable resource industries are in the range of Above 0.90,the degree of fit is high;the major elements such as per capita disposable income,per capita consumption level,the Ministry of Commerce’s environmental protection policy factors,and the proportion of investment funds are all above 0.85,which is significant,indicating the system being constructed the dynamic prediction model is reasonable,scientific,and effective.Based on this,the main typical solid waste production and recovery in China from 2020-2025 are predicted.Based on the prediction results,we can basically see the production and recovery of typical solid waste in China in the next few years.The development trend and regional distribution of recycling volume,with a view to better transform and upgrade China’s typical renewable resources industry and provide effective industrial development guidance concepts.Finally,combined with the development characteristics of China ’s typical resource recycling of industry dominating provinces and cities,this thesis studies the countermeasures to promote the transformation and upgrading of China ’s typical resource recycling of industry,as well as the methods of dynamic industrial layout,and proposes an industrial space layout of “one axis,three growths,and seven developments” The system optimization and adjustment plan promotes the healthy and rapid development of the entire typical renewable resource industry in China,and proposes a value co-creation upgrade model based on the value co-creation theory and builds a big data platform based on four aspects: promotion mechanism,support mechanism,sharing mechanism,and pull mechanism.The multi-dimensional integrated collaborative innovation and upgrade mechanism,as well as the policy guarantee for industrialization development,will lead the existing industry to a stable and healthy development in a high-quality,high-efficiency,and environment-friendly direction. |
