With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more serious.For this reason,the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress passed the Environmental Protection Tax Law.The law changed environmental protection fees to environmental protection taxes.The credible monitoring of the amount of taxable pollutants is the basis.The currently used pollutant monitoring equipment has poor scalability and the identity of the sensor is difficult to judge,and the source data is not reliable.At the same time,the sensor data is stored in the central database,there is a single point of failure and the risk of artificial tampering is high,the credibility is difficult to guarantee,which may cause losses to the national tax.This paper designs a trusted environmental monitoring system based on the Internet of things.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current Internet of things architecture and data storage mode,and the overall design of the trusted environmental monitoring system based on the demand analysis of tax work.The system is based on a loosely coupled Internet of things architecture to achieve trusted access,and uses blockchain technology to achieve trusted storage.Stm32f4 and rk3288 are selected as key chips for the front-end intelligent sensor gateway.(2)The architecture of the loose coupling sensing system of the Internet of things is designed in detail,which focuses on the realization of the access layer and the integrated management layer of the sensing data with the intelligent sensor gateway as the core.The intelligent sensor gateway uses two methods to realize the trusted access,including the explicit authentication method of the intrinsic parameters of the sensor and the implicit authentication method of the multi-sensor data fusion analysis.The C4.5 decision tree algorithm is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the implicit authentication.At the same time,the architecture solves the problems of traditional monitoring system that is difficult to expand and information island.(3)On the basis of loose coupling environmental protection Internet of things,the data credibility and traceability are designed and realized based on blockchain technology.This paper analyzes the limitations of building blockchain with Internet of things devices,discusses the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing consensus mechanism of blockchain,designs a raft algorithm that can adjust the election timeout to improve the probability of trusted nodes being elected leaders,determines the transaction content and transaction data structure according to the tax payment scenario,and designs collection nodes and collection storage nodes according to the storage capacity of nodes Design and verify the method of storing ledger data by networked devices.Through the actual project implementation and case test,the data written into the blockchain,query data and performance indicators are tested,which proves the practical value of the trusted environmental protection monitoring system based on the Internet of things.
