| Currently,China holds a leading position in the world with respect to tobacco production and consumption.The tobacco industry taxation also ranks high in its contribution to national tax revenue.The high price of tobacco products increases the problem of counterfeit products,making it of great significance to establish a tobacco traceability system covering the entire supply chain to maintain consumer rights and national economic interests.However,the current tobacco industry traceability system is not perfect,and there are high information barriers among enterprises.Moreover,the traceability data stored in a centralized database is easily tampered with,which reduces the credibility of the traceability data.Insufficient traceability information reduces consumers’ trust,while also causing weak government supervision.To address these issues,a tobacco traceability program is created based on the Internet of Things(Io T)and Blockchain technologies.The program ensures credible traceability of tobacco products through Blockchain tech while docking to Io T tech to ensure data authenticity and reliability.The research objectives are as follows:(1)The model for the collection and transmission of traceability information based on the Internet of Things is designed.By analyzing the tobacco supply chain,we extracted the main traceability data of each link and divided the traceability information into public data and private data.Traceability data is collected through sensors,cameras,and other Io T devices,and an electronic signature mechanism with geographical and time stamps is established to avoid illegitimate access to the system.Furthermore,an cloud platform object storage model is created to store unstructured data generated during the traceability process,supporting the integrity of traceable data.(2)The blockchain-based model for storing and sharing traceability information is designed and implemented.To address the public data sharing and privacy data isolation problems among participants in the supply chain,a multi-chain model was applied with one traceability chain and five enterprise chains.Public data is uploaded to the traceability chain,allowing the query interface to be available to consumers,regulators,and supply chain enterprises.Private data is uploaded to the enterprise chain for electronic deposition and opens an interface for the enterprise and regulatory authorities.Finally,the performance of the Blockchain network is tested with several experiments.(3)The tobacco traceability prototype system is designed and developed.With the purpose of tobacco supply chain traceability and blockchain as the underlying technology,by analyzing the requirements of the system user effectively,the overall architecture of the tobacco traceability system was designed,and the web end of the traceability system was designed and developed,enabling supply chain enterprises to facilitate uploading product traceability data and intentionally monitoring the product flow.It also enables regulators to accurately supervise while providing consumers’ reliability on tracing data.Finally,the Yunyan scanning code is used to verify the effect of the tobacco traceability system.By constructing a tobacco traceability scheme using Io T and Blockchain technologies,the issues of data source unreliability,centralized data storage,and poor traceable data integrity in traditional tobacco traceability can be resolved.Ultimately,the approach can provide a theoretical and practical guide to the construction of traceability system in the tobacco industry. |
