| Rubber powder is widely used in China’s infrastructure,rubber products and waterproof material manufacturing industry.Rubber powder is used as modifier and additive in various mixtures.The mixing amount and fineness of rubber powder directly affect the high and low temperature performance,anti-aging performance and anti-fatigue performance of the mixture to a great extent.Therefore,it is very important to produce high quality rubber powder which can improve the properties of the mixture.For the production of rubber powder,the factors affecting the quality of rubber powder are not only the production process,but also the crushing equipment.Traditional crusher only through the crusher shear to produce rubber powder,without considering the surface characteristics、mixing performance of rubber powder and production process crusher wear.At the same time,as waste tires belong to special polymer compounds,it is not easy to decompose,degradation.It has become one of the important pollution sources affecting the ecological environment.Based on the above background,it is necessary to study the rubber powder production technology in this paper.On the basis of field investigation and understanding of domestic and foreign research,this paper analyzes the classification and relates characteristics of rubber powder,and introduces the compression rebound characteristics of rubber powder.Through the study of the grinding mechanism of the rubber powder,it can be seen that the rubber powder particles belong to the polymer compound.The production of the rubber powder is not only the shearing process,but also the mixing process of shearing and grinding.This lays a foundation for the subsequent microscopic stress analysis of colloidal particles.According to the working characteristics and properties of the rubber powder prepared from waste tires,this paper etermined the reasonable production process and equipment configuration of the rubber powder.At the same time,the overall structure design of the grinding roller press is also carried out.Through the analysis of the working state and structure of the roller press,the structure parameters and working parameters of the double-roll and clearance regulating mechanism in the crusher are determined,and the 3D software Creo is used to model the double-roll structure and regulating mechanism.According to the analysis of the mill’s micro-dynamics,the crushing rate of the material is closely related to the selection function and distribution function of the equipment.Based on this conclusion,the grinding process is analyzed and the working load of double roll is obtained.Finally,the static structural module of ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the stress and strain of the two rollers,and the maximum deformation position and the maximum stress position of the two rollers are obtained.At the same time,the double roll was optimized and improved,including the material of the double roll,the structure of the double roll and the tooth structure of the groove roll surface.The optimized equipment was analyzed again through the simulation software to ensure the real and effective results. |
