| As the chicken industry grows stronger,the amount of manure excretion from chicken farms is also increasing.Due to the low utilization rate of domestic chicken manure resources,if the chicken manure cannot be processed in time,it will bring extremely serious pollution to the living environment.On this basis,this article designs an aerobic fermentation tank by studying the process of aerobic fermentation of chicken manure,which can quickly realize the harmlessness of chicken manure.The aerobic fermentation of chicken manure to produce organic fertilizer can not only reduce the pollution of chicken manure to the environment,but also realize the green development of chicken manure,which has important social significance to promote the sustainable development of the harmless treatment of chicken manure.The main tasks completed in this paper are as follows:(1)The aerobic fermentation process of chicken manure was analyzed in detail.According to the fermentation process,the factors affecting the fermentation of chicken manure were analyzed,and the physical and chemical parameters of chicken manure and the pretreatment measures of chicken manure were determined;according to the fermentation process,the overall design plan was proposed.(2)The structure design of the aerobic fermentation tank was completed.Design the tank body of the fermentation tank,determine the tank body size and effective volume;design the upper and lower systems,select the appropriate loading and unloading methods;establish the mathematical model of the stirring mechanism to obtain the maximum torque of the stirring system;and at high torque and low speed Under the working conditions,a transmission mechanism composed of a ratchet and pawl driven by a hydraulic system is designed.(3)The stress analysis of the key components of the aerobic fermentation tank has been completed.Based on ANSYS software,the strength check and stress check of key components were carried out,and it was found that the center of the tank bottom plate deformed greatly,which could not meet the normal working conditions.Based on the analysis results,the tank bottom plate was improved in structure.The improved structure analysis results show that the improved tank bottom plate is satisfied in strength and rigidity;the analysis results of the mixing blade show that the maximum stress of the blade is located at the hub.At the welding place,the maximum deformation is away from the axis,at the end of the blade,and the blade is designed to meet normal working conditions.(4)Completed the design of the aerobic fermentation tank control system.According to the technological function requirements of the fermentation tank,determine the design plan of the control system;determine the input and output of the control system and complete the selection of the CPU;complete the software and hardware design of the control system,including the main circuit,control circuit,and PLC program flow design. |
