Research On Optimization Of Environmental Performance Auditing Evaluation System For Thermal Power Enterprises Under The Background Of Informatization

With the continuous development of the economy,people pay more and more attention to the ecological environment.With the rapid development of the domestic economy,it has brought some destructive effects to the environment.Thermal power enterprises are an energy-consuming enterprise,and their performance is particularly obvious.In the early days of reform and opening up,the supply of electricity played a positive role in promoting economic growth and driving regional development.At the same time,environmental problems were becoming increasingly prominent.As the country promotes the construction of ecological civilization,ecological civilization has become a national strategy.The goverment has continuously issued a series of policies and systems.Based on this background,thermal power enterprises have developed and transformed into environmentally friendly and social symbiosis.And achieving sustainable development has also become an important strategic goal of the enterprises.This paper takes the ABC thermal power plant as an example.In order to promote the further improvement of the environment,corporate executives have gradually begun to pay attention to environmental protection investment,pursue the development of green GDP,and take environmental protection as an important indicator to measure the development of enterprises.In order to raise the awareness of corporate environmental protection,promote the rectification of environmental issues,strengthen the management of the environment,and fulfill the social responsibility of environmental protection,achieve high-quality sustainable development,based on this background,this paper has determined the audit of the optimization on environmental performance evaluation system as the topic of the article.At present,the audit department of thermal power enterprises still has certain problems in carrying out environmental performance audits.For example,in the ABC thermal power plant,the audit department and the finance department are in the same organizational structure,and are collectively called the financial audit department.Therefore,the independence of the audit department in the enterprise is still not enough.And there is a lack of objectivity when issuing audit evaluations or recommendations.In terms of audit business,it till focus on the traditional financial audit,the environmental performance audit is not enough.In terms of audit methods,due to the environmental performance is very professional with various information sources,and large amounts of data,the traditional audit methods can no longer handle the implementation of environmental performance audits under the background of informatization.Therefore,enterprises in the thermal power industry urgently need to change their functions and optimize the traditional environmental performance audit system with the help of information technology.In this paper,under the background of informatization,research is carried out on the optimization of environmental performance audit evaluation system of thermal power enterprises.Firstly,it analyzes the research status and theoretical results of domestic and foreign scholars on environmental audit,environmental performance audit,information audit,and index construction model,and expounds some basic concepts related to environmental performance audit.Then with the help of the informatization methods,it carry out the construction of an environmental performance audit and evaluation information platform,collect some data which is high concerned by people,society,enterprises and governments related to the thermal power enterprises(ABC thermal power plants),and it apply some data mining methods as examples.With the help of the analytical method of AHP,combined with the important environmental evaluation indicators of thermal power enterprises,it build thermal power enterprises environmental performance audit model.Finally,a case analysis is carried out with ABC thermal power plant as an example.And the optimization model of environmental performance audit evaluation system of thermal power enterprises under the background of informationization is used.The environmental performance audit is conducted,the audit results are obtained,and the comprehensive environmental performance evaluation is given,which verifies the feasibility,objectivity and effectiveness of the model in this paper.This paper has some characteristics in the optimization research of environmental performance auditing evaluation system of thermal power enterprises using informatization technology.For example,in the first chapter,the external environment and internal conditions that thermal power companies need to conduct environmental performance audits are studied.It is analyzed that if companies in this industry want to achieve sustainable development,environmental performance audits are urgently needed.In the third chapter,through the research on the current situation of environmental performance audit of ABC thermal power plants,it analyzes the many problems and difficulties faced by thermal power companies in environmental performance audit,such as the numerous data sources,the difficulties of collecting data.In the fourth chapter,data mining analysis tools such as Python are used to collect and analyze various data,which has done the basic work for optimizing the traditional environmental performance audit system.In the fifith chapter,combining with environmental information system and internet information,a set of evaluation index system for thermal power enterprise environmental performance audit is constructed and optimized.Using analytic hierarchy process and data analysis,4 first level indicators and 15 second level indicators were established to establish an environmental performance evaluation and analysis model for thermal power enterprises,which was successfully used in ABC thermal power plant cases.It is hoped that the research in this paper can help ABC thermal power plants strengthen the performance management of enterprises and achieve the long-term management goals of sustainable development.In addition,it is hoped that the model can also be applied to other thermal power enterprises or enterprises in other industries,which can help enterprises raise awareness of environmental protection,rectify environmental protection issues,and fulfill social responsibilities of environmental protection,so as to continuously pursue high-quality sustainable development.
