Research On Cleaner Production Audit Practice Of Thermal Power Plant

Coal-fired power plants consume a large amount of raw coal and water resources and produce a large amount of pollutants,such as fly ash,soot and SO₂,NO_x and waste water,when they manufacture clean energy.The implementation of clean production audit in coal-fired power plants is an effective way to improve the efficiency of resources and energy and to reduce environmental pollution.In the dissertation,through the cleaner production audit of H Power Plant in Liaoning,the feasibility analysis was carried out on the key projects such as wastewater and wastegas treatment.The environmental and economical effectiveness of the implementation of low-and high-cost projects are summarized as follows:the total investment was 74.233 million yuan.The annual electricity saving was 15000 KWH.The annual water saving was 23000 tons.Standard coal was saved 10000 tons annually.and 7500yuan in annual electricity bills;The annual water cost is 82000 yuan,and the annual purchase of coal costs 8 million yuan.Reduce sulfur dioxide by 4385.83 t/a,and reduce emissions by977.96 t/a.Direct economic benefit was about 19089500 yuan a year once all the projects were implemented,which embodied that the cleaner production activity could bring to the enterprise benefit,carry out the principle of"energy saving,consumption and pollution reducing,efficiency promoting".It proximately realized the goal of cleaner production as designed.Higher economic benefits had been obtained at the same time.The environment of the factory area and the surrounding became better.The emissions of sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides were controlled effectively.Meanwhile various non/low cost solutions played positive roles.
