| Profit model plays a decisive role in the success or failure of an enterprise.Mature profit model is the business foundation to ensure the sustainable profit of environmental protection enterprises and promote the sustainable development of environmental protection industry.The profit model of most environmental protection enterprises in China should not only have its own development characteristics,but also conform to the development trend of the industry,and promote the sustainable development of the industry.Although environmental protection industry has attracted much attention,environmental protection enterprises still lack mature business model,which is subject to technology,capital,environmental policy and other factors,which fundamentally affects the profit structure and financial characteristics of environmental protection enterprises.Based on this,this article through the case study method,select the solid waste treatment environmental protection enterprise a company for the case study,respectively,from the company profit point,profit object,profit leverage,profit source,profit barrier and other profit model elements,extract a company as environmental protection enterprise profit model.Further,compared with other environmental protection enterprises,this paper uses multi-dimensional financial indicators to analyze the profit structure and financial characteristics of a company under the existing profit model,and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of a company’s profit model.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the profit model of A company.The conclusions of the study include:(1)A company profit model is based on municipal solid waste incineration power generation project of the government franchise mode.The key profit point lies in the domestic waste incineration power generation,the profit object is the income of waste incineration project and the income of waste incineration power generation project in the operation stage,the profit source is the integrated operation mode,the profit measure is related activities,t he profit barrier is the core competitiveness,and the core of profit is value creation;(2)Under the current profit model,Company A has more personalized internal profit structure and financial characteristics.Such as: strong long-term debt-servicing capacity,operational capacity of outstanding,but slightly less profitability,and the ability to get now to be improved;(3)The growth ability of the profit model of Company A is in A relatively stable period.Its profit pattern superiority is: the profit pattern cannot duplicate,the management pattern specialty is strong,but its profit pattern inferiority is: The service structure is too simple,the service tectonic plate development is not balanced,to sells the company to control the strength to be insufficient,the profit source innovation is insufficient;(4)In view of A company profit pattern inferiority,proposed that it should implement: the development multiplication service structure,strengthens to the sales company management dynamics,the suitable innovation profit pattern,seeks the new service and so on to deal with the strategy.The study comprehensively explores the choice,analysis and evaluation of the profit model of solid waste environmental protection enterprises,which helps to understand the choice and optimization of the profit model of solid waste treatment enterprises,and has a certain reference value for the transformation and upgrading of other environmental protection enterprises. |
