Research On The Profit Model And Optimization Of Environmental Protection Enterprises ——Takes BiShuiYuan,for Example

General Secretary Xi once put forward that "green mountains and green hills are Jinshan Yinshan",which has been widely responded by various industries and people from all walks of life.At this time,the environmental protection industry is facing new advancement chances.Owing to the nature of environmental protection industry,most of the enterprises have not yet solved the profit problem.Therefore,it is of great significance for environmental protection enterprises to explore the profit model.This paper selects Bishuiyuan,a representative sewage treatment industry,as the research object,studies its profit model,explores the defects in its model,and gives specific optimization opinions,expecting to promote the development of Bishuiyuan and other enterprises in the environmental protection industry.This paper chooses the optimization of profit model as the research perspective,and carries out a full and comprehensive analysis based on the theory of profit model elements.Firstly,it makes a summary about the research articles on profit model and optimization domestically and overseas,the main contents are the definition,composition elements,judgement and optimization of profit model,and the specific research on environmental protection enterprises’ profit model;Then,elaborated the profit model element correlation theory,the value chain theory and the financial appraisal theory,took these three kinds of theories as this article research theory foundation;Finally,by researching the advancement and business features of environmental protection industry and the already existing profit model,the present profit model of environmental protection enterprises can be summarized as three types:government purchase type,enterprise payment type and market-oriented consumer sales type.This paper compares the profit models of environmental protection enterprises with those of other enterprises,mainly from the three levels of resources,business and operation,and obtains the principles that should be upheld in optimizing the profit model of environmental protection enterprises,that is,consideration,objectivity and feasibility.Based on the above theory,Select Bishuiyuan Company,This paper introduces the general situation and industry environment of Bishuiyuan Company by case analysis,and meanwhile study the elements of Bishuiyuan’s profit model,for the purpose of summarizing the features of the profit model,By selecting the financial data of Bishuiyuan Company from 2017 to 2020,Evaluate the profit model from specific financial indicators,Here comes the conclusion that there are some problems in the profit model of Bishuiyuan.Particular about and elements of the profit model,they can be reflected as follows: the structure of profit points is unreasonable,the profit objects are scattered,the profit sources is highly concentrated,the power of profit leverage is relatively weak,and the role of profit barrier has an insufficient role.With regard to the above-mentioned problems,it is suggested to optimize the structure of profit points;Better the quality of profit objects;Promote the quality of profit sources;Improve the quality of profit leverage;Consolidate the suggestion of profit barrier.Finally,based on the previous financial data,the optimization measures proposed for each element of the profit model are verified,and the changes of the main financial indicators of enterprises are preliminarily predicted on the basis of the optimization of each element of the profit model,so as to ensure the effectiveness of the optimization suggestions.
