Our country has entered the era of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,and the economic level and population are rapidly developing,and the resulting urban domestic waste is also increasing day by day.The well-known problem of "garbage siege" has been around for a long time.All parts of the world are also searching for effective ways to solve garbage pollution,and doing a good job of household garbage classification is the key first step to solve the problem.The classification of urban domestic waste changes the traditional extensive waste treatment method.It is classified and placed according to the various components and components of domestic waste.On this basis,fine classification treatment is carried out,and the recycling of resources is realized through this treatment method.While using and turning waste into treasure,it also reduces the amount of waste incineration or landfill,effectively saving land resources.Garbage classification has been carried out in China for more than 30 years,and so far has not achieved substantive results.my country has a large population and limited resource conditions.If various resources are not used sparingly,serious consequences will be produced.At present,the recycling of domestic waste in my country has little effect.In order to improve the utilization rate of resource recycling,it is necessary to sort the waste at the source.The later garbage collection,transportation and sorting treatment lay a good foundation.The current domestic waste classification in DZ City is still in the pilot stage.The urban and rural waste classification standard system has not yet been established,and the corresponding legal system is not perfect.There are many constraints,such as the lack of regulations and policies.The current regulations and policies only involve the cleaning,collection and collection of garbage.Disposal has not yet been deeply involved in waste classification management and so on.DZ City has not yet promulgated regulations on the classification and management of urban domestic waste.The government should increase investment in policy formulation and technology research and development,brainstorming,and continuously improve the ability to implement policies and the level of harmless treatment of domestic waste to achieve the sustainability of urban domestic waste For development,the waste management system also needs to be further improved.In the end,the active participation of the public is a crucial influencing factor.This paper conducts a systematic investigation and research on the domestic waste classification management system of DZ city from the perspective of public management through field investigation of the status quo of the classification and treatment of urban domestic waste in DZ City,and analyzes the results and emergence of waste classification management in DZ City.A series of questions,and through learning and drawing on the advanced experience of advanced demonstration cities at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of DZ City,provide countermeasures and suggestions for DZ City to actively and orderly promote the classification and management of domestic waste.
