A Study On The Impact Of Farmers’ Willingness To Participate In Rural Pollution Control ——Taking Guangxi As An Example

Farmers are the producers of rural life-related pollution,and they are also the managers of rural life-related pollution.At present,my country’s "beautiful village" plan has achieved great results,and the pollution problem has been contained,but the situation where farmers do not want to pollute and take the initiative to control is still far away.Starting from this problem,the micro data of farmers in Guangxi is used to analyze the willingness of farmers to participate in the treatment of rural living pollution and its influencing factors,and propose corresponding countermeasures.First,analyze the current rural pollution problems in Guangxi and the characteristics of farmers participating in the treatment of rural life pollution.It is found that in the process of farmers participating in the treatment of rural life pollution,there is a lack of labor of the main governance body,low active participation of farmers,and poor farmers’ participation.Insufficient understanding of government policies and dependence on the government for pollution control in rural areas.Secondly,using the binary logistic model to conduct empirical research on the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in the treatment of domestic pollution in rural areas,it is found that in terms of farmers’ willingness to participate in the treatment of water pollution,farmers ’ opinions on the necessity of water pollution treatment and their understanding of water pollution treatment Knowledge has the most significant impact on it,and the gender,age,and education level of farmers are more significant.Regarding the willingness of domestic waste pollution control,the gender,education level,family income,pursuit of living environment,village organization and government influence degree of farmer households have the most significant influence.It is more significant.Finally,based on relevant domestic and foreign governance experience,relevant suggestions are put forward: improve farmers ’ awareness of domestic pollution;further exert the influence of village committees and other autonomous organizations;establish a pollution control system suitable for rural areas;promote the construction of a market-based pollution control system And improve relevant laws and regulations.
