| The explosion of dangerous gases such as gas is extremely harmful and destructive.Powder explosion suppression technology can prevent or suppress disasters caused by explosion of dangerous gases,and reduce personal injuries and property losses.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately test the parameters in the explosion experiment,and study how to exert the characteristics of powder to restrain the explosion disaster to the greatest extent.In order to collect explosion parameters and explore the application of hydrophobic powder as flame retardant and flowability-enhancing additive in gas explosion,an explosion test platform based on Lab VIEW control system was designed and built.The effects of nano-hydrophobic Si O2 on improving the flowability of Ca CO3powder and suppressing butane explosion with different proportions and concentrations were studied,and the degree of explosion damage,the coupling relationship between flame velocity and pressure was analyzed,and the mechanism of powder suppressing explosion was analyzed with instruments.The results show that the explosion test platform based on virtual instrument technology has perfect functions,strong system stability and fast response speed.On this basis,the experiment of suppressing butane explosion by nano hydrophobic powder was designed and carried out.The results show that adding nano hydrophobic Si O2 can reduce the angle of repose and enhance the fluidity of mixed powder,which proves that the diffusion effect and storage capacity of powder have been improved.At the same time,changing the proportion and concentration of mixed powder has a significant impact on the combustion reaction.In a certain concentration range,the flame propagation speed and explosion overpressure are significantly reduced by the larger specific surface area and pyrolysis combined with free radicals in the combustion area.However,excessive powder concentration will promote the initial explosion,and the synergistic effect of the two powders on explosion suppression is better than that of single powder.Under the inhibition of mixed powder,the flame propagation velocity and pressure have similar trends with time.In addition,when the concentration is 106g/m3 and the two powders are mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1,the explosion suppression effect of 4.2%butane-air mixture gas is the best,and the attenuation rates of flame propagation average velocity and maximum explosion overpressure are 85.3%and 59.6%,respectively. |
