Aluminum powder floating in the air to meet a certain ignition energy is very easy to occur combustion or explosion accident. In order to prevent and control the occurrence of explosion accident and reduce the severity of the explosion accident, it is necessary to study the rule of the explosion of aluminum powder.In this paper,the influence of ignition delay time,particle size and dust concentration on the explosion pressure characteristics of aluminum powder is studied by using a rectangular experimental pipeline built in the laboratory. Also study the ABC powder(which is mainly composed of ammonium phosphate), MPP powder(melamine pyrophosphate), MCA powder(melamine cyanurate), D powder(main raw material is sodium chloride) the four kind of different flame retardant powder of aluminum dust explosion inhibition, and to study the ABC powder, MPP powder, MCA powder pairwise according to the mixing ratio of flame retardant agent mixture of aluminum powders explosion suppression has the synergistic effect, then optimized the aluminum dust explosion suppression effect good flame-retardant powder. The results showed that the particle diameter of 6.5 ?m, 12 ?m, 18 ?m of aluminum is the best ignition delay time of 30 ms, respectively, 60 ms, 100 ms, the ignition delay time by a small change of the maximum explosion pressure of aluminum powder showed the trend of first increased and then decreased. The maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure rise rate with the decrease of the particle size of aluminum powder will show the change of the first increase and then decrease. Particle diameter of 6.5 ?m, 12 ?m, 18 ?m of aluminum powder in the respective optimum ignition delay time corresponding to the optimal concentration of 600 g/m3, 375 g/m3, 300 g/m3, aluminum maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure rise rate increased with the increase of the concentration of showed first increased and then decreased trend. The inhibition effect of MPP powder on the explosion of aluminum powder is the best. The suppression effect of MCA powder is better,the suppression effect of ABC powder is poorer, and the suppression of D powder is the worst.
