In China,with the development of countryside,there are lots of wicked material and toxic gases in the chemical industry and pollution site treatment and other industries.At same time,due to sudden accidents or natural disasters,a variety of harmful substances and toxic gasses will leak into air,forming a toxic high-risk environment,which seriously threatens public security.When carrying out emergency rescue and hazard control in high-risk and toxic environment,it is necessary to command decision-makers to scientifically grasp the concentration and distribution of toxic gas on site,so as to facilitate scientific decision-making.At present,the detection of toxic gas in China is mainly in the long-term on-line monitoring at fixed points such as the plant area,but there is no effective solution for the rapid detection of toxic gas distribution on the scene of emergency.In order to solve this problem,this project combines embedded system and Internet of things technology to design a set of portable multi-component toxic gas intelligent detection system which can be carried by mobile platform for polluting environment.The system integrates lots of abilities,it has the functions of data acquisition,wireless transmission,data processing,three-dimensional fitting,diffusion prediction and intelligent monitoring.Therefore,the main work of this paper will be described from the three-tier framework of the Internet of things,the three layer made of perception,transport and application.(1)In the sensor layer,the selection of household appliances and the integrated design of the system are introduced.According to the modular design idea,the system is divided into three modules: sensor detection module,main control unit and wireless transmission.Electrochemical gas sensor network is used to collect toxic gas concentration;GPS position sensor is used to collect gas coordinate data;STM32F407VET6 is used as system controller;9V lithium battery power supply;sim800c wireless transmission module for data upload,In addition,the schematic of the system circuit and PCB diagram is designed and described..(2)The layer of transport connects the sensor network with the cloud server,gas concentration and location data have been get and sent to data transport unit through the serial port.The data that have been uploaded to cloud will save,analysis and show by wireless network.(3)The terminal application layer designs and develops an intelligent monitoring and management platform based on My SQL database.At the same time,it is conducive to improving the utilization rate,a set of MFC management system is designed and developed,which enables the staff to monitor the change of toxic gas concentration.In order to facilitate the decision-making of on-site work,The worker depends on the result of security evaluation model,get the three-dimensional distribution of polluted environment safety degree,and predict the diffusion range of toxic gasses according to the results of Gaussian plume diffusion model.The system can collect,transmit,store,analyze and display toxic gas data in high-risk polluted environments.After the normal operation of the system,the overall operation is good,and there is no abnormal condition.Provide a strong basis for emergency response,and has a good application prospect.
