With the implementation of the 13th Five-year Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan,environmental protection departments around the country have strengthened the control and control of VOC’s emissions,and promoted the water-based industrial paint industry to enter a period of rapid development.As a company specializing in waterborne industrial lacquer,Q enjoys the rapid development of industry dividends.In the fierce market competition,especially with the domestic well-known brands in the face of confrontation,Q company’s marketing strategy constantly exposed some problems,affecting the speed of enterprise development,Q company’s overall marketing strategy needs to be adjusted and optimized.On the basis of fully studying the development trend of waterborne industrial paint industry,Q company’s internal operation and marketing strategy of main competitive brands,this paper puts forward optimization solutions for Q company’s marketing strategy,in order to rapidly enlarge market share in the fierce competition and achieve business leadership.The structure of this paper is as follows.Firstly,the current marketing strategy of Q company is introduced,the existing problems are found and the reasons are analyzed.Secondly,the whole industry and the main competitors are analyzed to identify the main competitive advantages and deficiencies that need to be improved.In view of the development of the industry and the annual strategy of competitors,this paper optimizes and adjusts the marketing strategy and marketing strategy of Q Company,makes systematic planning from the aspects of enterprise strategy and marketing strategy,and makes concrete arrangements in the aspects of creativity and strategy,design and production,public relations activities,channel customers,etc.,and makes internal arrangements for the company.Specific requirements for resource matching are proposed in order to achieve the sales target for 2018 and support the long-term development of the company.
