| With the development of economy,the production of municipal solid waste is increasing year after year,which faces a great deal of disposal pressure.Waste incineration technology can achieve the reduction,harmlessness and recycling of waste,and it meets the requirement of sustainable development.On the basis of the waste incineration technology,a coal and waste coupling incineration technology based on circulating flue gas was proposed in this paper.The technical transformations of the coal-fired power generation system and the coal-fired heat and power cogeneration system were implemented,which based on the coal and waste coupling incineration technology.The process simulations of reformed systems were implemented,and the feasibility analyses of reformed systems were carried out.Firstly,the coal-fired power generation system and the coal-fired heat and power cogeneration system were established on the reference of literature.The coal and waste coupling incineration power generation system and the coal and waste coupling incineration heat and power cogeneration system were established on the transformation of original systems.The original and reformed systems were simulated on Aspen Plus software.Secondly,the thermodynamic analyses of the coal-fired power generation system,the coal and waste coupling incineration power generation system,the coal-fired heat and power cogeneration system,the coal and waste coupling incineration heat and power cogeneration system were implemented.The analysis results show that the coupling technical transformation will reduce the thermodynamic performance of systems.Energy and exergy efficiencies of systems decrease with the increasing subsection ratio of waste.Then,the economic analyses of the coal-fired power generation system,the coal and waste coupling incineration power generation system,the coal-fired heat and power cogeneration system,the coal and waste coupling incineration heat and power cogeneration system were implemented.The analysis results show that the coupling technical transformation can improve the economic performance of systems.With the increasing substitution ratio of waste,the equipment investment of systems increases slightly,while the annual profit increases hugely,the internal rate of return increases and the discounted payback period decreases.The coupling incineration systems can get the waste disposal subsidy and the waste power generation subsidy,which results in a better economic performance.Finally,the environmental impact analyses of the coal-fired power generation system,the coal and waste coupling incineration power generation system,the coal-fired heat and power cogeneration system,the coal and waste coupling incineration heat and power cogeneration system were implemented.The analysis results show that the coupling technical transformation will deteriorate the environment.The environmental loss costs increase with the increasing subsection ratio of waste. |
