| Waste incineration has obvious unique advantages of reduction,which is the mainstream way of domestic waste treatment at home and abroad.However,the small incinerator designed for rural domestic waste has two main problems: first,the equipment is simple and crude,the combustion economy is low and can not meet the requirements of environmental protection;second,The composition of waste is complex,the random fluctuation of calorific value is large,and the combustion system has the characteristics of large inertia,strong coupling,multivariable and nonlinear,so it is difficult to realize the combustion control of waste incinerator.Based on the local treatment of rural waste,this thesis designs and develops a small waste gasification incinerator.Through simulation,this thesis analyzes the process parameters with lowest CO emission concentration of the gasification incinerator,designs a fuzzy PID control algorithm,realizes combustion control,which will provide technical support for the combustion control of waste gasification incinerator,and contribute to the "Waste free Village".According to the characteristics of rural waste incineration,the structural scheme of gasification incinerator is designed,including furnace type,oxygen supply mode and dust removal mode.The air volume,flue gas volume and combustion temperature are analyzed and calculated.Taking the analysis results of rural waste gasification composition as the input of waste gas-phase combustion,the simulation model of waste gas-phase combustion is established.Taking the feed rate,primary air speed and secondary air speed as variables,the response surface method multiple regression fitting simulation results are used to analyze and obtain the process parameters with lowest CO emission concentration of waste gasification incinerator.Aiming at the problem of unstable calorific value of garbage,which leads to large temperature fluctuation,a fuzzy PID controller is designed.The fuzzy control rules are formulated,and the fuzzy PID is simulated in MATLAB to adjust the secondary air speed in order to maintain the stability of furnace top temperature.The feasibility of fuzzy PID controller is verified.The operation logic of the start,operation and stop program of waste gasification incinerator is designed,and the fuzzy PID control algorithm is realized in PLC.The combustion control effect of waste gasification incinerator is verified by experiments.The results show that the fuzzy PID control can effectively improve the overshoot of the combustion control system,improve the anti-jamming ability and shorten the heating-up time. |
