| Glass is an indispensable building material,it can not only improve indoor lighting,can also decorate the building.With the increasing demand for the quality of life,the requirement for the effectiveness of glass is also increasing.Therefore,the glass purification materials with high anion release are more and more popular.In this paper,65.51 B2O3-17.81 Na2CO3-13.19 Zn O-3.49 Al2O3(mol%)glass is used as the research object.The release amount of rare earth zinc borate glass samples and the transmittance of anionic glass were measured by using the negative oxygen ion detector WST-08B and the visible light transmittance/reflectance detector SEM,EDS and XRD.The structure of the precipitate was characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The results show that:In the rare earth zinc-borate glass,with the increase of melting temperature,tourmaline will be transformed into cordierite gradually,and the release amount of negative ions will be reduced.With the addition of tourmaline,the glass structure changes and the glass network connectivity increases,thus the Tp increases.Through the analysis of infrared spectrum curve,it is found that there is obvious change in the range of 700-900cm-1band,but the position of corresponding band is not obvious.In the process of zinc-boron doped tourmaline glass,with the increase of tourmaline content,the negative ion release increased gradually,and the transparency of glass decreased gradually.The light transmittance of transparent glass is more than 80%,and that of colored glass is 55%-60%.Therefore,we can choose tourmaline to add 15%of the total mass when preparing colored glass and 12%of the total mass when preparing transparent glass according to the actual use requirements of the product.With the increase of tourmaline content,the Si ions in tourmaline enter into the glass network structure,the bond-bond connection degree is tight,the structure becomes compact,and the glass stability is improved.Tourmaline doped glass sample reduced the water resistance of glass,enhanced the acid resistance of glass,reduced the water resistance of glass.In the process of cerium oxide doped zinc-boron glass,the addition of CeO2can effectively improve the product performance.CeO2is better than CeO2in 0.35%of the total mass,and the emission of CeO2is increased by 12.5%.The high emission of anion ensures the transparency of the glass.As CeO2content reaches 0.87%,the transition temperature of glass is the highest,and the influence of CeO2content on the softening temperature is small.CeO2doped glass specimens enhance the acid resistance of glass,reduce the alkali resistance of glass,and reduce the water resistance of glass. |
