| In recent years,local environmental protection bureaus have higher and higher requirements for flue gas emission from coal-fired boilers,and a large number of coalfired enterprises have carried out targeted environmental protection transformation.In this thesis,the comparison and selection of various retrofit schemes for the existing coal-fired boilers are studied.Based on the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,the relevant theories of scheme decision-making and the common methods of comprehensive evaluation are deeply understood.Through the investigation of several projects under construction in China and interviews with experienced experts,this paper summarizes the common design schemes of plume white removal in China,and analyzes the characteristics of each scheme,summarizes theirs advantages,disadvantages and applicability.Based on the actual situation of the 5 x 75 t / h coal-fired boiler in Lin Gang thermal power plant,and in view of the current environmental protection policy and the relevant requirements of the plume white removal technology in Tianjin,this thesis uses the interview method to determine the evaluation factors affecting the plume white removal scheme.The objective data of the importance degree of each influencing factor is obtained by questionnaire survey,and the data is classified by factor analysis,and the weight coefficient of the influencing factor criteria layer of scheme evaluation is preliminarily determined.AHP is used to calculate the weight of influencing factors in each attribute layer.TOPSIS method is used to analyze the influencing factors qualitatively and quantitatively,and calculate the comparison score of each scheme.According to the scores,the optimal scheme of the project is determined.Finally,according to the results of comparison and selection,combined with the characteristics of Lin Gang thermal power company,this thesis analyzes the expected effect of the selected project from the perspectives of technical indicators,economic indicators,environmental protection indicators and risk control,and further demonstrates the applicability of the evaluation method for the project,which can provide new perspective for scheme comparison and selection for the enterprises that are about to carry out the project. |
