The development of cities is often accompanied by the emergence of a series of environmental problems. With the continuous acceleration of urbanization and the deepening of new urbanization, the number of urban populations in Guangyuan City has increased sharply in recent years, the construction of industrial parks has taken shape, and the urban drainage system has rained. The sewage diversion transformation is gradually completed, and the sewage discharge volume is seriously mismatched with the designed processing capacity of urban sewage treatment facilities. At present, the existing urban sewage treatment facilities are in a state of overload operation.Environmental protection and urban economic development should be coordinated and synchronized. In order to solve the problem of the mismatch between the total scale of urban sewage treatment facilities in Guangyuan City and the rapid development of the city, the upgrading of sewage treatment facilities is imminent, and it is very necessary to start the planned sewage treatment projects immediately.According to project construction practices, research and analysis work should be carried out before project investment decision-making,and standardized feasibility research work should be carried out, project risks can be identified and reduced, and project decision-making should be scientific. This thesis conducts a feasibility study on the second phase of the second sewage treatment plant project, combining the characteristics of the environmental protection project, the expansion project feasibility study work and the current urban development, through the WBS structure, water quality and water quantity prediction and treatment of the feasibility study of the project.Process selection, economic benefits, environmental impact and other major aspects were demonstrated, comprehensively considering the status and existing problems of the first phase of the second sewage treatment plant in use,and the feasibility study report was completed. It is technically, economically and environmentally feasible.
