| Intercultural communication refers to the process in which people of different cultural backgrounds engage in communication. As a subject, intercultural communication is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. But it was not until the mid-1980 s that Chinese universities began to set up relevant courses. In the study of intercultural communication, culture is the core(Hu Wenzhong,1999).According to Cross-Culture Adaption theory system, wine culture as the core,Japanese groups in Guangzhou as the research object, and cross-cultural communication as the perspective, this project aims to study the recognition and acceptance of Chinese wine culture by Japanese who lives in Guangzhou. The content includes the recognition of the Japanese people in their own wine culture, the solidity of their own cultural barriers, their tolerance of Chinese wine culture, and their own cross-cultural adaptability and communication skills. The research method of this topic is questionnaire survey and interview. The subjects of the questionnaire survey are Japanese who have lived in Guangzhou for more than half a year, and the subjects of the interviews are Japanese who have a relatively good understanding of Chinese culture, and Chinese scholars and professors who have long-term experience in Japan and who understand Japanese culture.Through the research and analysis of the above issues,I hope to understand the adaptation of Japanese people in Guangzhou to the Chinese wine culture, avoid the conflicts in cross-cultural communication between China and Japan, and promote friendly exchanges between the two countries.Japanese in Guangzhou could adapt to Chinese wine culture well. The cultural shock of them lies in their adaptation to Chinese wine table etiquette, such as "persuade others to drink","drink the wine in the glass after a toast" and so on.But after a certain number of adjustments, they are generally able to adapt well to Chinese wine culture. One of the reasons lies in the similarity of the Chinese and Japanese wine cultures, the second is the Japanese cultural tendency of "TASYAIRAI",and the third is that Guangzhou has a large-scale wine culture industry that serves the Japanese. For Japanese people, exposure to Chinese wine culture can help them construct a cultural schema, deepen their understanding of Chinese culture, and promote the learning of Chinese as a second language. In addition,it can also help them establish relationships with Chinese people and integrate into Chinese society. As Chinese,we should cultivate the awareness of cross-cultural communication, and make corresponding adjustments in the alcohol culture communication with Japanese people according to their national characteristics,in order to better communicate with them. |
