In recent years,the waste incineration treatment is the most obvious and harmless disposal,and the burning heat can be used effectively.It has gradually become the mainstream waste disposal method in China.The fly ash produced during the waste incineration process accumulates in the flue and adheres to the surface of the water cooling wall and superheater.Not blowing ash or blowing ash is unreasonable and will affect the thermal efficiency of the waste heat boiler,corrode the surface of the water cooling wall,and generate the risk of explosion.The combination and optimization of blowing ash are needed.In this study,the general relationship between boiler ash blowing time and boiler smoke air temperature is established.The results of the combined process of steam ash blowing,Pulse ash blowing and two types of ash blowing are analyzed.The main factors that affect the blowing effect are identified: steam flow,the order of blowing combination,the end time of blowing(T3),the end time of blowing cycle(T4),the blowing temperature drop ΔT,and the blowing temperature drop ratio ΔT %.And the temperature change trend of the blowing temperature field provides the theoretical basis and data support for the optimization study of combined blowing ash.Through engineering experiments,it is verified that the blowing time in combined blowing process accords with the temperature of boiler flue gas.The theoretical analysis of combined blowing ash and the data study of combined blowing ash are the best combination of the main steam flow rate of 40 t/h,and the steam blowing ash is 4 hours before the pulse blowing ash.In the best combination process,the duration of the ash blowing effect was extended from 8 hours to 10 hours.The overall temperature of the boiler flue was also significantly reduced,and the washing of the boiler water cold wall was also reduced.The results of this study can reduce the annual production cost of steam blowing ash and pulsed blowing ash by up to 20 %,reduce the unplanned shutdown of the boiler due to ash accumulation or explosion pipe 1 time per year,and save economic costs of 1million yuan per year.More limited use of the combined ash blowing process advantages to avoid the local ash blowing caused by the risk of boiler explosion,ensure the long-term stable operation of boilers,improve boiler efficiency,and save resources costs.While realizing economic benefits,security benefits and environmental protection benefits,it has great social significance.
