| At present,the increasing demand for logistics has made the logistics industry become an accelerator of China’s economic development.Especially during the COVID-19 epidemic,when many industries have not yet resumed production,the logistics industry has been revitalized and continuously promoted the recovery and development of the national economy.However,with its rapid development,logistics industry is accompanied by many problems-high energy consumption,high carbon emissions,high pollution,for example.Especially under the strategy of coordinated development,logistics industry,as the link of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,has become an important factor to promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Vigorously developing healthy,efficient green and low-carbon logistics has become a challenge for the logistics industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Therefore,this paper estimates the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,analyzes the problems existing in the region,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.First of all,through the background of the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,a series of policy documents on the green and low-carbon development of logistics industry issued by our country and some problems existing in the current logistics industry,the necessity of the research on the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is verified.At the same time,this paper discusses the related theories of regional logistics,low-carbon logistics and logistics efficiency,as well as the research review at home and abroad.Secondly,the use of literature analysis of low-carbon logistics efficiency related literature analysis,and the input and output indicators selected in these literature statistics,initially determine the input and output indicators;in order to reduce the information overlap represented by the input and output indicators,Principal Component Analysis is used to reduce the dimension of input and output indicators,and the input and output indicators are determined;then according to the actual situation of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and literature analysis method to determine the environmental variables,and finally complete the establishment of Beijing Tianjin Hebei regional low-carbon logistics efficiency evaluation index system.Then,the paper uses Three-stage DEA model and Malmquist index to calculate the static efficiency and dynamic efficiency of low-carbon logistics in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,and analyzes the calculation results from multiple perspectives.Finally,according to the above analysis results,the conclusion is drawn that compared with other provinces and economic zones,the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in the three provinces of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the inner region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is not high,and the development of low-carbon logistics is not fully balanced This paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the coordinated development of low-carbon logistics in the region from three aspects of appropriately expanding the scale of logistics industry. |
