Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry has developed rapidly,which has made great contributions to the stable development of China’s economy and society.However,with the continuous development of the construction industry,safety issues have become increasingly prominent.Although China has taken a series of countermeasures,which have played a positive role to some extent,it can be seen from the current development of the construction industry that safety accidents have not been effectively contained,and the level of safety production needs to be further improved.At present,the academic circle has also developed a positive response to this problem,and carried out a lot of meaningful research.However,most of these studies are conducted from the perspective of sociology,political science and law.Although there are some studies from the perspective of administrative management,they all focus on theoretical research and lack of research on government performance evaluation.Performance evaluation plays a vital role in government construction,mainly in two aspects: guiding and normative.When it is implemented in the supervision of the construction industry,it not only plays a normative role in the direction of supervision,but also plays an important role in improving the performance of government management,improving government work,and promoting the healthy and stable development of economy and society.Through field research and investigation,we understood the status of the current construction government safety regulation performance evaluation,index selection on the main is not comprehensive,such problems as unreasonable evaluation methods,on the basis,constructed construction government safety regulation performance evaluation index system,and select appropriate method to carry out empirical research.First,we reviewed the current scholars research,elaborated the related concept,the theory and the method;second,by determining to depict construction government safety regulation of text data sources,using data acquisition software text was obtained from the relevant platform and network data,through text analysis of participles,steps,such as washing,screening and on the basis of the statistical analysis of high frequency words from the early stage of the construction project,construction project middle,construction project late three links,established a performance evaluation index system for government safety supervision in the construction industry;thirdly,through the combination of on-line and off-line methods,the paper analyzed the correlation and differentiation among the indexes,and the impact of the indexes on the performance;finally,divided the performance level and clarify the evaluation criteria of each indicator,use the sequence relationship analysis method to determine the weight of each indicator,used the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct performance evaluation research on the government safety supervision of the construction industry in X city,and obtain the city’s comprehensive evaluation score It is 70.7 and the evaluation level is “good”.From the evaluation results,it can be seen that the city’s construction industry-government safety supervision level is generally good.Further analysis of the evaluation results from the indicator scores of each link reveals that the city’s construction industry-government safety supervision level still needs improvement.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the improvement of government safety supervision in the construction industry and improving the performance level of government safety supervision in the country’s construction industry.
