The human-land conflict is prominent in Maowusu Shamo,but precipitation,surface water and groundwater are relatively abundant.Due to climate change,mining,agricultural irrigation,aquaculture and industrial development and other human activities,the problem of water resources constraints has become increasingly prominent in Maowusu Shamo.Using three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy-parallel factor analysis,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and Fourier infrared spectroscopy,the characteristics of DOC in surface water,groundwater and mine water were analyzed.The spatial variation law and potential source are discussed.The main results of the thesis are as follows:(1)The DOC concentrations of surface water ranged from 2.33 to 36.62 mg/L,with an average value of 12.05 mg/L;the DOC concentrations of groundwater ranged from1.36 to 4.84 mg/L,with an average value of 2.10 mg/L;and the DOC concentrations of mine water ranged from 2.71 to 4.06.mg/L,with an average value of 3.49mg/L.(2)The ultraviolet absorption coefficientα(355)of surface water ranged from 0.91to 11.74m-1,with an average value of 2.91m-1;those of groundwater ranged from 0.57 to2.40m-1,with an average value of 1.26m-1;those of mine water ranged from 0.68 to 1.38m-1,with an average value of 1.01m-1.Both the DOC concentrations and the DOC concentrations are showed that surface water in Hongjiannao and mine water had large of non-colored dissolved organic matter.The S andrepresent the DOM molecular level.In surface water,S=14.868)-1,=1.209)8)-1;in groundwater,S=10.148)-1,=1.359)8)-1;in mine water,S=11.198)-1,=1.239)8)-1.In general,the DOM molecular wight in surface water was the smallest,and that in groundwater was the largest.(3)The infrared spectrum characteristics of DOM showed the DOM of mine water,river and groundwater had similar functional groups,which were-OH bond,C-O bond and C-H bond of benzene ring,etc.There are more benzene ring substances in mine water.(4)No matter surface water,ground water or mine water,its total fluorescence intensity and ultraviolet absorption coefficientα(355)showed similar changes.Compared FI(Fluorescence index)BIX(Biogenic index)and HIX(Humus index).DOM are mainly derived from biological sources.
