With the rapid development of Chinese society,the concept of sustainable development has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people and has had a great impact on China’s energy conservation and environmental protection work.the construction of prefabricated buildings has gradually become the focus of attention.Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,it has advantages and disadvantages such as low construction pollution,With the emergence of prefabricated production methods,the problems of chaotic construction sites,waste of resources,and backward overall technological level in traditional buildings have also undergone great changes.In the construction of prefabricated buildings,how to effectively control the existing safety problems is particularly important.At the same time,construction safety management also puts forward different requirements.This paper studies the safety risk management and control of prefabricated building construction,which is of great significance to the production practice of prefabricated building.This article first explains the background and significance of safety risk management and control of prefabricated building construction,and collects related literature and research results such as prefabricated building construction,safety risks,risk assessment,risk elements,and summarizes the current research status to define construction safety risks,And use the WBS-RBS principle to analyze and construct the WBS-RBS risk identification matrix of prefabricated building construction,and find out the safety risk factors of prefabricated building construction based on the results of the coupling matrix.Secondly,based on WBS-RBS’s identification of safety risk factors for prefabricated building construction,according to the principles of the construction of the safety evaluation system,combined with expert opinions and relevant documents,select personnel risks,material risks,machinery risks,management risks,technical risks and environmental risks.In terms of risk,a total of 23 evaluation indicators are used to establish a prefabricated construction safety risk evaluation index system.Combining the characteristics of prefabricated building construction again,the entropy method is used to establish the weight of each evaluation index,and the matter-element extension model for the safety risk of prefabricated building construction is established to scientifically,systematically and comprehensively analyze the risk factors of prefabricated building construction.Evaluation.Finally,the established prefabricated building construction risk assessment model was used for risk assessment and case analysis of a prefabricated building construction project in Hefei,Anhui Province.The risk factors of this project were first identified,and the safety level of this project was determined.Finally,the personnel Risk control,mechanical risk control,management risk control,technical risk control,material risk control,and environmental risk are six aspects to propose preventive measures to achieve the most optimized construction safety risk control effect.
