Research On The Ecological Environment Governance Of Counties In New Era

My country has entered a new era since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.General Secretary Xi Jinping has always emphasized the importance of the ecological environment.However,in the theory and practice of my country’s scientific socialism,the grassroots represented by the county area still cannot get rid of the dilemma of ecological environment governance,especially the problem of ecological environment destruction represented by the illegal mining of river sand is still severe.In the face of this situation,the local government is either letting it go,or has more than one heart and is insufficient,and it is difficult to achieve coordinated economic and environmental development.Therefore,under the guidance of Marxist theory,this article explores the many problems of county ecological environment management from the ecological environment damage caused by illegal sand mining in the county,hoping to provide theory and practice for the environmental pollution problem in the theory and practice of scientific socialism in our country.experience.Aiming at the ecological environment pollution in the county,the author takes L county in H province as an example,through the literature research method and investigation research method,based on reading numerous documents,combined with field research to explain the current situation of illegal sand mining control,and point out the government’s difficulties in governance.And the reasons,finally put forward the countermeasures of the county government to effectively control the ecological environment damage taking illegal sand mining as an example.This article is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the status quo and review of domestic and foreign research,the research content,methods and the definition of related concepts,which provide a solid theoretical basis for the writing of the thesis.The second part expounds the thought of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China,by summing up and combing the thoughts of ecological civilization construction of the past dynasties of the Communist Party of China,and providing theoretical support for contemporary China’s ecological civilization construction practice.The third part describes the situation before and after the eighteenth National Congress of the government’s governance of ecological environmental pollution in L County,and sorts out the basis of governance laws and regulations,governance measures and effects,in order to lead to the following.The fourth part points out the dilemma and reasons faced by the government of L County’s ecological environmental pollution governance.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the government’s dilemma in the county’s ecological environment pollution management,hoping to provide work ideas that can be used for reference in the county’s ecological environment management.
