In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the consumption of electronic products such as mobile phones and computers has become increasingly popular,the life cycle of electronic products has become shorter,and a large number of electronic products have been discarded or left unused.These discarded electronic products have caused waste of resources and the environment.Pollution.Countries all over the world have realized the importance of recycling waste electronic products,and urge relevant companies to recycle and remanufacture waste electronic products.In addition,companies are also aware that the recycling and remanufacturing of waste electronic products can bring them a better reputation and higher profits.Under this development trend,the problem of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain has become an important research topic.In addition,with the rapid development and continuous progress of information technology and e-commerce,the traditional single-channel model has been unable to meet the needs of market competition.Manufacturers have begun to directly enter the market through online direct sales to compete with sellers for market share.Channels to invade.In addition,in the context of rapid economic development,the issue of low-carbon emission reduction has also become one of the hot issues.Governments of various countries have begun to formulate relevant measures to limit the carbon emissions of enterprises.How enterprises develop under these conditions is also worth studying.Based on the market background of electronic products,this paper takes single-channel and manufacturer channels as the research object to invade the low-carbon closed-loop supply chain,and studies the decision-making problems of the closed-loop supply chain under different recycling modes.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Constructed and solved The single-channel low-carbon closed-loop supply chain model analyzes the impact of recovery rate,excess carbon emissions and carbon tax on the closed-loop supply chain,compares and analyzes different recovery models,and designs a contract that enables the model to achieve coordination.The results show that the recovery rate cannot be increased blindly,and an excessively high recovery rate will increase the recovery cost and bring about adverse effects.Excess carbon emissions and the increase in carbon taxes are detrimental to the closed-loop supply chain.(2)Constructed and solved a low-carbon closed-loop supply chain model that considers manufacturer’s channel intrusion,analyzed the impact of cross-price elasticity,recovery rate,excess carbon emissions,and carbon tax on the closed-loop supply chain,and compared and analyzed different decision-making models.In the optimal solution,the contract that enables the model to achieve coordination is designed.The study found that increased competition is beneficial for manufacturers to invade the low-carbon closed-loop supply chain.The increase in the recovery rate has a non-fixed impact on the closed-loop supply chain model.The value of the recovery rate must be controlled to prevent disadvantages.influences.Excess carbon emissions and the increase in carbon taxes have adversely affected the model,and the manufacturer’s recycling model is the best recycling model in this model.(3)Compare the price and income variables of single channel and manufacturer channel intrusion into low-carbon closed-loop supply chain under different recycling modes,and analyze the impact of channel intrusion on closed-loop supply chain.The results show that opening up online direct sales channels is not necessarily beneficial to manufacturers.Only when the cross-price elasticity coefficient exceeds a certain threshold can manufacturers obtain more profits.Online direct sales channels are not good for sellers.In order to reduce losses,sellers must improve their competitiveness.The opening of online direct sales channels can increase the profits of third-party recyclers.The closed-loop supply chain of electronic products has broad development prospects and application value.E-commerce and online sales channels have been widely used in daily life.Therefore,the study of manufacturers’ channel invasion of low-carbon closed-loop supply chain under different recycling modes has very important practical application significance,and provides certain guidance for the application of closed-loop supply chain in actual production and life.
