Research On Classification And Disposal Of Domestic Garbage For Residents In Chengdu

The accelerated urbanization process has also caused an increase in the amount of urban garbage generated,and if the garbage problem is only solved at the end,it will lead to a rapid accumulation of garbage in the city,increasing the pressure on garbage disposal and eventually forming a "garbage siege".To solve the garbage problem at the source,we need to classify garbage,which can reduce the amount of garbage from the source,improve the efficiency of garbage treatment in the subsequent process,and finally realize the reduction of garbage,resourcefulness and harmlessness.Although the residents of China have begun to increase their demand for a clean and tidy living environment with the improvement of living standards,and have raised their awareness of environmental protection and changed their attitude towards waste separation,few residents take the initiative to implement waste separation at the source.In the analysis of the influence factors in the existing waste separation pilot areas in China,most of them are based on macro policies and qualitative analysis,but no systematic analysis has been conducted on the influence factors of residents’ waste separation and disposal.Based on this background,this paper takes the study of residents’ domestic garbage disposal in Chengdu as the research theme,and quantitative research is conducted on residents’ domestic garbage disposal in Chengdu from the perspective of internal costs and external factors.According to the research progress and research focus in the field of waste separation at home and abroad,the research object and research focus are determined.Then,the theoretical framework based on the analysis of the influencing factors of urban household waste sorting is constructed through the theory of planned economy,A-B-C theory and cost theory,and all the influencing factors are divided into internal and external factors according to Levin’s behavior formula and A-B-C theory.Finally,according to the actual situation of the pilot areas of waste separation and combined with the cost theory,the internal cost is divided into time cost,facility cost,psychological cost and penalty cost,and the external cost is divided into supervision cost,publicity and education cost and incentive cost.In order to determine the degree of influence of each influencing factor on residents’ garbage sorting,this paper brings the expert scoring results into the hierarchical analysis model for empirical analysis,and uses hierarchical analysis to compare the influence of each factor on residents’ domestic garbage sorting and ranking.The results show that the internal factors have the greatest influence on the segregation of household waste in Chengdu,and the internal factors have the greatest influence on the segregation of household waste in Chengdu,including the income of residents,the purchase of household facilities,the complexity of the segregation standard,and the penalty of laws and regulations.Finally,through the results of field research and empirical analysis,we discuss the current problems of waste separation in Chengdu,and propose targeted countermeasures to improve the waste separation system,expand incentives and penalties,establish a perfect supervision mechanism,and promote waste separation in a sustainable manner.Overall,this paper explores the factors influencing the segregation of domestic waste in Chengdu from the perspective of cost,and through the weight ranking and the problems found in the actual research,puts forward relevant suggestions,which provides a theoretical basis for the policy formulation of the segregation of waste.
