The Cubic Hesitant Fuzzy set is a valuable method for defining complex information in Multiple Attribute Decision-Making problems.Thus,it can contain uncertain and hesitant fuzzy information at the same time.Unluckily there is no research on the correlation coefficient of Cubic Hesitant Fuzzy Sets for solving the decision-making problems.This research proposed two Correlation Coefficients between Cubic Hesitant Fuzzy sets and investigated their properties.Meanwhile,an adjustable approach of the Multiple Attribute Decision-Making method is developed based on the weighted Correlation Coefficients of Cubic Hesitant Fuzzy Sets under Cubic Hesitant Fuzzy environment.In this approach,the Correlation Coefficients between the ideal alternative and each possible alternative were determined,and the obtained ranking order correlation coefficient can be utilized for finding the best choice.In the construction industry,the Environmental Impact Assessment is a highly subjective matter where uncertainty and hesitancy are likely to occur.Therefore,an illustrative example of the Environmental Impact Assessment problems of construction is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the developed decision-making method and shows the advantage of its simple decision-making process.
