China is a big country in cement demand,and the annual output of cement is also very huge.However,the automation degree of domestic cement packaging system can not meet the needs of the development of the new era.In order to respond to the call of national industry 4.0 and develop China’s cement packaging industry,it is urgent to develop a highly automated control system for cement bagging.Aiming at the corresponding equipment of cement bagging automation system-cement bag shooting machine,this paper introduces the design of its mechanical structure and gives the control scheme of the system.After the modularization classification of the bag shooting machine system,the fault analysis of the system is carried out by establishing the model of each module.The structure of bag shooting machine system is complex,there are many kinds of faults,and there is coupling between various parts.Based on this,this paper uses BP neural network method to diagnose the fault of cement bag shooting machine system.Through the test,the fault diagnosis accuracy is almost 100%,which can achieve the expected effect.In addition,this thesis selects the components of the control system according to the actual working conditions,including the selection of controller,encoder,servo motor,etc.This paper describes the system hardware and software design,control system hardware design: the design of each PLC module external wiring diagram,power circuit diagram,etc.Control system software design:with STEP7 as the compiling environment,the control logic is programmed to realize the functions of automatic bag delivery,automatic bag picking,automatic bag shooting,etc.Finally,the system debugging is carried out: the system debugging is divided into two parts: single machine debugging and linkage debugging.The debugging results show that the cement bag shooting function designed in this paper is highly coordinated with the packaging machine,and the bag loading rate is more than 98%.Coupled with the design of visual human-machine interface touch screen,the operator can monitor the operation of the bag shooting machine in real time,and the whole system achieves the goal Expected design objectives.
