In recent years,due to factors such as the Sino-US trade war and the slow growth of the global economy,the chemical market has become fiercely competitive.If chemical companies want to improve their competitiveness,they must keep their equipment running efficiently.Therefore,it is important for them to improve equipment management.Tangshan s company is a state-owned chemical enterprise,which is in the leading position in the domestic chemical industry.However,with the expansion of the enterprise scale,the equipment management level of Tangshan s company has not been improved.The long overhaul downtime makes the production time of the company’s equipment insufficient,which has reduced the company’s profits.In order to improve the level of the company’s equipment management,the paper optimizes the company’s equipment management according to the total productive maintenance theory.In the beginning of this paper,the author first introduces the research background and significance of equipment management,and introduces the related theories and research methods.Secondly,by comparing the relevant data with the companies in the same industry,the problem of long overhaul downtime of the company is found.After that,through the investigation,it was found that the main reasons for the long overhaul downtime of the company’s equipment is the backward equipment maintenance system,the unreasonable maintenance schedule,and insufficient training of maintenance workers.Under the joint influence of these three factors,the company’s equipment is damaged and the maintenance task is inefficient before it reaches the normal service cycle,which makes the company’s downtime exceed the expectation,reduces the operation efficiency of the equipment and affects the company’s output.According to the theory knowledge of equipment management,combined with the specific situation of the company,this paper makes the optimization scheme of equipment management.The optimization plan aims to reduce the downtime of equipment and improve the output of the company.The specific content of the program includes establishing an equipment maintenance system based on ABC classification,formulating a scientific maintenance schedule based on critical chain technology,and improving the work skills of maintenance workers by improving the training system and increasing training content.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization program,three guarantee measures are formulated,which are information technology guarantee,management system guarantee and enterprise culture guarantee.The optimization of equipment management is a continuous process.The company needs to continue to pay attention to the specific implementation and promotion of the optimization plan,and still need to summarize experience and improve after achieving certain results.The research content of this paper has certain generality,which can be used for reference to improve the equipment management level of the same type of enterprises.
