| With the development of economy and the need of social productivity,maritime trade and port trade are becoming more and more frequent.The proportion of maritime cargo transportation is also increasing.The volume of cargo transportation is increasing year by year,and the demand for large ships is also increasing.In the face of large-scale and rapid increase in the number of ships,the problem of ship dock has also been put forward.In order to meet the needs of the development of large-scale ships,the safety,reliability and rapid turnover capacity of port buildings such as docks have become a hot research direction of marine scholars in recent years.From this point of view,after analyzing some practical engineering problems,this paper studies the docking problem of ships.Based on the theory,experiment and finite element method,some kinds of ship anti-collision devices are analyzed,and some problems are found.Based on the requirements of safety and efficiency,a new type of anti-collision system independent of shore based wharf is proposed to ensure the safety of marine buildings.The system is composed of anti-collision group columns and anti-collision rotating cylinder.Different anti-collision piles are connected by beams,so that all piles and rotating cylinder form a whole system to consume the energy generated by ship collision.In order to verify the feasibility of the new anti-collision device,this paper uses ABAQUS to carry out numerical simulation,and establishes the simulation model of the device.On the one hand,it proves that the selected device material GFRP is indeed better than other materials in some performance.On the other hand,it studies the main performance of the new anti-collision system by means of numerical simulation,and sets up a variety of working conditions to explore large ships of different quality The ship collides with the anti-collision system at different speeds and angles to study the influence of speed and angle on the energy conversion and deformation of the system;and on this basis,the anti fatigue simulation test of the anti-collision system is carried out,and the results show that the anti-collision system has good effect in eliminating or reducing the ship collision damage and assisting the ship docking.In addition,this paper also studies the collision force formula in the case of ship collision,compares the calculation results of different codes and empirical formulas with the numerical simulation results,and finds that the maximum collision force obtained from the numerical simulation results is larger,and the average collision force is close to the results of each formula.Therefore,this paper uses the software to fit the relevant function curve,and deduces a more appropriate formula.Finally,based on the results of numerical simulation of collision force,this paper puts forward a new fitting formula of collision force and ship mass and collision speed in the forward collision. |
