Due to the advantages of large transportation volume and low transportation cost,waterborne cargo has always been the main form of bulk cargo transportation.With high speed growth of China’s economy,the number of inland river bridges has increased,and the demand for inland water freight transportation has also continued to increase.Therefore,the volume and number of ships have continued to increase,and eventually the risk of ship-bridge collision accidents has gradually increased.For a long time,the method of ship pre-judgment and control has been mostly used in the research on ship-bridge collision avoidance,which is limited to the ship-bridge risk identification within the field of view of the ship,and the research on the timely identification and risk prediction of the overall environment of the ship-bridge waters is insufficient,and the accuracy of the existing ship-bridge collision risk algorithm needs improvements.Therefore,from the perspective of the bridge,this paper systematically studies the global safety risk identification method in the waters of the bridge area,so as to improve the comprehensiveness and proactive prediction level of ship-bridge collision avoidance,and designs ship-bridge active collision avoidance system for inland river to realize active collision avoidance warning for risky ships.The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on ship track prediction model based on recurrent neural network.Use the historical ship AIS data analysis to extract key information in the bridge area to establish an AIS data set,build a recurrent neural network model with different structures,predict the ship track of the straight section and the curved section in the bridge area,and compare and analyze the prediction accuracy and prediction effect.Select the ship track prediction model with the best prediction effect,and verify it with actual data.(2)Design and implementation ship-bridge active collision avoidance system for inland river.From the bridge end and the ship end,the ship and pier domain parameters considering the uncertain navigation environment factors are respectively constructed,and the pier safety domain model and the ship domain model in the bridge area are established.Finally,based on the evaluation mechanism of the KUNZI model for ship-bridge collision accidents,a ship-bridge collision risk model is constructed by combining the above parameters and models,and the validity of the model is verified by actual data.(3)Design and implementation of ship-bridge active collision avoidance system for inland river.The system uses the track prediction model to predict the ship track in the bridge area,based on the predicted points,the background level automatic control hardware circuit of the system performs active anti-collision warning for ships,reminding ships with collision risk to take the initiative to take collision avoidance measures,And the actual data test of the inland river boat-bridge active collision avoidance system is carried out to verify its stability and reliability.
