Strategies For The Reuse Ofabandoned Old Structures Andmaterials In The Exppark From Theperspective Of Circular Economy

The reuse of waste materials is an effective means to save resources,but also has far-reaching significance for environmental protection.The reuse of waste materials has become an urgent bottleneck problem in the construction field.How to use the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to reuse the waste materials,how to maximize the economic benefits in the process of material reuse,and other problems have not been solved.For example,taking the research on the reuse of waste materials of old structures in Qingdao World Expo Park as an example,a large number of field investigations and literature collation show that in the current research,the reuse of waste materials is mostly qualitative research on building dismantling,life cycle and other aspects,and lacks quantitative analysis.Therefore,the author thinks that it is of practical significance to deduce the recycling strategy of waste old structures and materials from the perspective of circular economy.Based on the circular economy perspective,this paper studies the reuse strategies of the old structures and materials in Qingdao World Expo Park,which are mainly shown in the following four aspects: First,the theoretical basis is discussed by combining the life cycle theory of buildings and the technical theory of building dismantling;Secondly,the feasibility analysis is discussed from four aspects,including economy,technology,society and ecology,in order to pave the way for the subsequent reuse of waste materials.Thirdly,with the help of fuzzy mathematics theory and analytic hierarchy process,this paper explores whether the old structure materials in the Expo Park meet the standards of waste and how to judge whether they have recycling value,so as to provide quantitative guidance for the recycling of the old structure materials in the Expo Park and solve the problem of recycling of the old structure materials in the Expo Park.Finally,the comprehensive analysis method is proposed to optimize the recycling method of waste structures and materials in the Expo Park,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing economic benefits in all aspects.Through the above approaches,the author hopes that this paper can provide a new reference method for the reuse of the old structures and materials in Qingdao World Expo Park.
