Red tide is a marine natural disaster that occurs many times every year in our country, and it has brought great adverse effects on people’s production and life.Red tide monitoring is to monitor the changes in the ecological environment such as the types of red tide organisms in the water, the physical and chemical changes of the water body, and the scope of the red tide during the entire change process of the occurrence, development, disappearance and disappearance of red tides.Through this process, measures can be taken more calmly and timely to control the evolution of the situation and reduce losses. At the same time,it provides important data for red tide research, and provides a convenient basis for forecasting and forecasting red tides and reducing disasters. This paper takes the sea area near Qinhuangdao as the study area, and uses multi-spectral EOS/MODIS and HJ-CCD remote sensing image data as basic data.Based on multi-source remote sensing images and combined with the measured chlorophyll a concentration data at the same time, red tide monitoring is carried out the study. In this process,a regional MODIS,HJ-CCD remote sensing image data inversion model of chlorophyll a concentration was established for the sea area near Qinhuangdao. The chlorophyll a concentration inversion results of the two models are compared and verified with the measured data. The research results show that the two chlorophyll a concentration inversion models established according to remote sensing technology have reliable accuracy and can be used to invert the sea area near Qinhuangdao. An important characteristic parameter of red tide, namely chlorophyll a concentration. Two chlorophyll concentration inversion models were used to retrieve the chlorophyll a concentration data from July 28 to August 20,2016,and combined with the ratio of sea surface temperature and sea water reflectance Rrs obtained by the split window algorithm inversion,in Qinhuangdao. The three parameters were compared and analyzed in normal water bodies and red tides in nearby seas. The final decision was made based on the ratio of chlorophyll a concentration and sea water reflectance Rrs,and reasonable thresholds were set to 12 mg/m~3 and 0.9 respectively. Finally, the dynamic changes of the entire red tide occurrence process were determined, and the red tide monitoring was completed.Figure 26;Table 15;Reference 64...
